Xio claimed this small room as her own, though Hogwarts was spilling over with students and adults and so many children much of it was still unused. Xio had already walked in on two different people fucking the same girl and walked away carefully each time. It stood to reason that she could find a workshop of her own in the place. It wasn’t the same as having a large proper blacksmithing forge, but it was no doubt to be a potions room and the ample fireplace with enough charmwork made for a hodge-podge work station. Thus far she hadn’t heard a complaint, though she crossed her fingers. Xio wiped her curls from her forehead as she curled over the long wooden pole, the tip of her wand finishing the touches on the last of the runes she had infused with some magic. “Alright, let’s see if you wand.” setting her wand to the side, she hefted the spear, “balance is good,” she angled the spear tip, “nice sheen on the metal, and it looks plenty sharp,” she lifted it to her shoulder, “not too heavy, maybe a bit heavier for men,” Her fingers brushed, lightly and she pressed some magic into the runes, not unlike how one would conduct magic. Nothing. Xio frowned, and pulsed more magic. Nothing. Then a third spike, it sparked. “C’mon you stupid fuckin–” The bolt sent her flying back, as the bolt crashed through the window towards the courtyard and smashed through the window. “GODDAMNIT!” she noticed someone ducking and hoped to the Gods that she didn’t hit anyone as she scurried to the windows. “Hey! Yell if you’re alive!”
