The hashtags and tags will be released before the week starts.

The primary focus of this event is to depict the relationship between the two characters featured for the event. While “ship” tends to bring to mind romantic relationships, the host of this event does not want to limit the creativity of any participant. As long as these two characters and the relationship between them is the main focus of the work, any depiction of the relationship between these two is allowed. (Platonic, revulsion, lovers, enemies, etc…) You may include other pairings in your works as well, but please make the featured pair the focus of your work.

All kinds of original transformative works are allowed for this event. This includes fanart, fanfiction, music, videos*, critical analyses, cosplay, comics, fiber art, recipes, dramas, sculptures, and more. Please see the point below this for further elaboration. Derivative works may be created for this event, but the original fannish work must be your own(e.g. You can make a translation of a fanfiction into a different language, but only if the original fanfiction already belonged to you.) Examples of derivative works are translations, podfics, and direct drawings of sculptures. Crossover works/aus/etc. are fine(as seen by one of the prompts). If you are going to remix someone else’s work(e.g. a fanfiction of a fanfiction), please be certain that the creator of the original work is fine with this.

All fanworks for this week must be created entirely by yourself. Unless you are planning to create a collaboration work, all material for this event must be created by yourself. This means that if you would like to make a video, all the art and script used in the video must be created by yourself. So something like a sprite edit video/meme using DRDTdev’s sprites would not be allowed. *If you use background music that is not yours for a creation, be sure to credit the original artist.

No plagiarism, tracing, edits of any work that is not your own, or generative ai may be used for this event. Do not repost anyone else’s work for any reason.

All works used for this event may not be used for any monetary profit.

Please do not reuse old works from any past events/zines/etc. you may have participated in! 

Nsfw is allowed, but must be properly tagged as either nsfw or drdtnsfw. Any previews must be sfw. The host will not promote your work unless the appropriate warnings/tags are on it. Please use the appropriate discretion as necessary when choosing trigger warnings for your work if it contains triggering content that is extremely graphic or violent. If you are unsure of how to tag a work, feel free to reach out. Tl;dr, as long as the characters involved are all fictional and the work is tagged/warned properly, anything is allowed.

No works created with the explicit intent to hate on other characters or pairings will be promoted, even if the negativity it is not focused on the featured characters of the event.

-Yokoi was happy to see her three close friends come over, she smiled as she turned and held out the Mouse House box-

Oh wow! Been a while since I played that...

NO. IT TOOK FOR-FUCKING-EVER!!! FUCK MOUSE HOUSE!!!

Taku...you only played once. Was it really that bad?

Well yeah it was that bad!!! It took an ETERNITY to put together, the cards were cringy to read, and-and I HATE MOUSE HOUSE!!!

-Ouno giggles at his outburst-

Its ok, Tei...he's still fussy that he lost to me really badly.

-Ouno said in a teasing manner, her normal smile turning smug-

YOU. SHUT.

-Yokoi laughs out as Akiba grumbled while Ouno and Tei opens the box-

Oh you're so funny, Akiba! Come on! Since there's four of us, we can build it together quicky!

-Tei picks up the game's instructions and grimaced as he flipped though the pages as he skimmed though and had his focus mostly on the diagrams-

Hey, uh, when we get this together, you mind telling me how the game goes? I've never played this before, and the instructions for putting this together already seems so intense...

Oh yeah! I can tell you as we play the game!

-Yokoi said as she sat down with Ouno and Tei as she began helping the two with setting up the game-

Tch. Whatever. I'm gonna get us snacks. Won't take long.

-Akiba then leaves the rec room as Yokoi sighs and Ouno giggles-

You're awfully giggly. What's on your mind this time?

Oh it's just the last time me and Akiba played this game, it was so funny watching him just go off on reading the cards, getting bad rolls, and when he lost to me. Did you know he almost broke a piece or two of the game?

-Yokoi and Tei gasped out-

-Yokoi bursts out laughing again-

NAH, DID HE REALLY!?!?!

Yeah he really did! Like, he flipped the table over!

-Ouno then breaks into laughter, soon Tei finally breaks and laughs-

OH! OH MY GOD I'M LIKE DYING STOPPPPP!!!

W-wow! I know he's the type to have some outbursts, but I didn't think he'd go off like that! He's always been so composed around me...

-Akiba then comes back in with water bottles, chip bags, snack bars, and some mini bagels-

Hey, I'm back. What did I miss? I was hearing a lot of laughter and talking here and...Yokoi, are you good? You look like you're gonna piss yourself from all that laughing?

-Yokoi screamed out in laughter, she's been trying to stay optimistic lately and it works well on her-

Uhh...ok Ruka...I think you need to settle down a bit there...

-Ouno said with a nervous laugh as she calms Yokoi down from her laugh attacks-

-As they set up, Yokoi explains the game to Tei-

Alright Atsushi. Chill. You're here with us! Relax for once, you seemed tense the first time you were here. Like...we dealt with a LOT lately, and what has happened in the past. Relax. Just breathe okay?

-There was a pause...Tei then sniffled a bit-

A-ah! Tei!

-Yokoi went after Tei as he left the Rec room, leaving Ouno and Akiba alone as he sighed and plopped down-

-There was a pause-

Hey. Its alright, I know that you really didn't mean to hurt him nor say anything offensive to him its just...uhm...how you said it to him...and...and that...

Akiba-

-There was silence...suddenly he gets up and walks over to Ouno, she gets up-

A-Akiba...wait...all I'm saying is that I know that you mean no harm but-

-Akiba cuts her off by tackling her-

YOU SHUT UP!!!!

-Ouno screams out as she's hit-

AGH!!! GET OFF OF ME!!!

-She then fights him off and pins him down, Akiba struggles and roars out and breaks free to fight Ouno, Yokoi rushes back in to see this and screams out-

WHAT THE HELL IS WITH YOU TWO?!

-They keep fighting despite Yokoi's attempts to diffuse the situation, only to be caught in the crossfire. Suddenly-

EEEEEEEEEENNNNNOUGHHHHH!!!!!!! ALLLLL OF YOUUUUUU!!!!!!!

-It was none other than Ogura, despite her looks, she's a lot stronger after some time in the facility's gym with Ouno and Kumada, with that, Ogura and Ouno pin down Akiba after Ouno telling Ogura and Yokoi what had happened-

Yokoi! Get the tape from my room!! Its on the first drawer on the right of my illustrious desk! But take heed as to not to tarnish any of my prized trinkets!

G-got it!! I'll be quick!!!

-Yokoi rushes off as Tei walks in-

W-what the hell happened here?!

A-Atsushi...aha...I...l-let me explain-

HALT!!! You shall explain for your actions after your CONSEQUENCE!!!

-Yokoi comes back and hands Ogura the duct tape-

-With swift work, Ogura tapes Akiba's wrists together and his ankles too-

T-Taku...w...WHAT IN THE FUCK POSESSED YOU TO DO THIS!?

-Ogura and Ouno keeps Akiba in place as he just breathed heavily-

-Ouno tells her side of the story while Tei calms Akiba down-

-There is a long pause, Ogura then speaks up-

You get to talk to him. Come on girls, let's give them space. Tei, when you two are done, we're gonna have Akiba go into one of the cellars in the jail block on the third floor for the day while we go check out the new floor...don't worry...we'll do rounds to check on you, Akiba.

-Ouno and Yokoi then follow Ogura out, leaving Akiba and Tei alone-

T...Taku...you...you seriously need you keep yourself together! I-...I'm not sure if I can be around someone that suddenly lashes out on others!

-Tei starts to cry agan as Akiba just sat there-

I'm...I'm sorry...if you want to...we can stop hanging out a bit, we can just have some space...please...just don't cry...

N-NO!!! I'M NOT GOING TO STOP!!! GOD!!! WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS LATELY?! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?!

-There was a long period of silence that's only accompanied with Tei's crying and sniffles...Akiba's tears then welled in his eyes...it was hard to see someone he cared about so much fall apart because of something he did-

I'm...I'm so fucking sorry Atsushi...I...I care about you too much...and I really REALLY didn't mean what I said...I meant no offsense at all I- I-

-Akiba then starts to sob with Tei-

Uh...are you...done talking, Tei?

-Yokoi asked, not wanting to make the moment feel awkward. Tei kept sobbing as he nods-

But I'm not...

Huh?

I'm. Not. Done. Yet.

-Pause-

Let me talk to him.

O-Ogura?

LET ME FUCKING TALK TO HIM!! LET ME TALK!!!!!

-Ogura soon jumps into action and placed tape on his mouth. Akiba screams curses into the tape as he's carried out by Ouno and Ogura while Tei watched with a terrified expression as Akiba thrashed-
