I don’t really know what the sole reason behind why I rarely take any selfies or pictures of myself in the past like three years is but what I can deduce is that it makes me so sad that my dysphoria/ body dysmorphia has gotten so bad that I literally don’t look at myself longer than necessary and idk what to do haaaaaaaahaaaaaaa
