everytime i step on that sc@le i wince and regret everything ive ever done.

i failed miserably again today. at least i binged on healthy food though… right?

having very prominent hip bones, ribs, collarbones and chest bones is cool and all but when will my thighs slim down?

breakfast: blackberries and a cigarette.

my 13 y/o body suffered using the laxat1ves and now my 19 y/o body is struggling to work without them.

a customer at work just told me i have her dream body. i pray to God she doesn’t struggle the way i do.

boiled apples and cigarettes for dinner. 10/10.

so much regret after eating a real meal :(
