I know you are but what am I?

I don’t know, that’d suck. I’d rather not have to think or deal with that anytime soon. 

“Yeah, when school comes around, you kinda need to… be more mature. You can’t stay up all night doing nothing, y’know? Summer is way more fun for those kinds of things.”

“I can be mature. Although im back to roomin’ with my brothers again..and we aren’t the goin’ to bed early for school kind of people. These things can be fun at anytime of the year if you try.”

“Tonight is the night of all nights to get a gigantic sugar rush. It’s one of the last times we get to stay up all night without actually having class in the morning. Gotta end summer with a bit of a bang, right? A very sugary bang.”

“Mm, gotta have fun before the torture that is school starts. Sugary food is the best way for that. Though you can still do all this even with mornin’ classes too.”

“Well, if this is your only slip up recently, I’m proud.”

“We’re gotta have our secret ‘recipe’. Like… Way more chocolate and more marshmallow, cause let’s be honest, the more pure sugar the better.”

“I like that idea, we can make a s’more sandwich. I can already feel the sugar rush thinkin’ ‘bout it.”

“I can only hope you’ve outgrown stealing sweets, but alas. Bradley, I’m joking, I’m joking. Of course you’re a wonderful person. You just have your moments. That doesn’t make you bad. You’re trying and that’s all that really matters.”

“Now c’mon. We gotta start roasting these marshmallows to perfection if we wanna have the best s‘mores at this whole bonfire.”

“Aw, I know you adore me. But yes, haven’t robbed any sweets for a while till now. Couldn’t help myself, y’know?”

“I’d have to agree. Obviously, you were always a troublemaker, but there has to be a reason. I mean, besides the fact you’re a horrible person.”

“I dunno, never had much money as a kid..and there was a candy store near where we lived so I liked to steal from there a lot. And hey, im a good person..or at least now and tryin’.” 

“Oh, how lucky am I? Okay, but how did you get to know it so well?”

“Hm, super lucky i’d say. Well, lots of years being a trouble making kid.”

“Best to leave those shenanigans to your brothers. Aw, I’m special enough for you to share your sweets with? Wow, you really can’t let go of your Rowdy roots, can you?”

“I will do just that. Of course ya are, Bells. And nope, its just somethin’ I know best, they were just callin’ for me to take.”

“It’d be easy, yes, doesn’t mean it should be done. You’d just get the poor kids in trouble and possibly hurt. See, this is why you’re cool. You actually share. Even if you may or may not have stolen them in the first place.”

“Tempting, but don’t you worry..I will do no such thing. Wouldn’t share with just anyone. No one was lookin’, so I couldn’t resist takin’ ‘em.”

“Well, they can’t exactly risk one silly, or maybe just drunk, student wandering into the woods. Okay, fine, I’ll let you off if you let me steal some of them.”

“It’d be easy to convince the drunks to go in there, or the younger kids if the teachers weren’t paying close attention. I can’t possibly eat all these, so I guess I can share with ya.”

“They’re just trying to make sure we don’t wander into the woods and possibly die. And did you really need to steal marshmallows? Cause I’m pretty sure we get them for free.”

“Sneakin’ off into the woods wouldn’t be bad, if you’re careful you’d be fine. I didn’t take all of ‘em..just enough, its fine.”

“Three blonde cuties are probably way to much for your class to handle.” She chuckled.

“Well technically im the only blonde cutie, could be a good or bad thing if there were more.”

Honestly I’m not at all surprised they caught word of it. People are stupid and talk about it openly and after all the crazy shit that’s gone down, they’ve probably got their ears open for anything.

Pretty lame, though its reasonable after all the stuff that happened after that dance a while ago.

“Just watch: if we keep this bonfire going long enough, they’ve got to let off sometime…. unless they’re supervising in shifts, then we’re all doomed.”

“That’d suck, or if ya are sneaky enough..you can do stuff right under their noses for some good fun.”

“We can make s’mores?” He smirked.

“Goin’ with the innocent fun, I can go for s’mores though.”

“If you knew that then why bother coming?” Bonnie asked, not so much accusingly but more out of pure curiosity. “Also, care to share?”

“Better than sittin’ ‘round and doin’ nothin’ on campus while people are here.” Bradley said with a shrug. “Mm, I suppose I can share.”

Just because there’s teachers here doesn’t mean that you have to stop anything fun, just be a bit more secretive and sly about it.

Oh I know, I plan on that. Rules are dumb..be better if word about this whole thing didn’t get out to ‘em though.
