BPD culture is seeing your FP at the mall with someone you've never seen or heard about and when you go up to say hi they show you the matching fandom stuff they bought together and now you want to cry because you thought that buying matching things together was ***you and your fps*** thing and I don't even know who it was they were hanging out with :[

Bpd culture is being told "you always blow everything out of proportion"

bpd culture is stop it! stop taking my things stop taking my words! stop taking my interests! stop acting like me!! nothing can just be mine!! stop it stop it stop it!

BPD culture is learning from a very young age that I'm not allowed to express how I'm feeling if those feelings are negative because then that means I'm being selfish and ungrateful

BPD culture is never knowing exactly how im feeling at the moment, not knowing who im trying to be or why i do the things i do, everything is just so confusing and i wish everything would stop so i could catch a break and not have to think about anything at all.

bpd culture is "why can't I change? why am I such a bad person? when are things gonna start getting better for me? Is that too much to fucking ask for?"

BPD + Autism culture is being infantilised because of one of your disorders and then being accused of being toxic and abusive towards your FP by a ‘friend’ (My FP disagrees and is mad at the person lol) all within the timespan of two hours. Because you have BPD so you must be a terrible person, but you’re autistic so you need other people to do everything for you (which might be the case for some autistic people but not me)

BPD culture is healing and trying to stay clean (it’s been.. almost 2 months) but you keep getting urges. More and more thoughts about that fucking blade. I don’t know what to do. I’m trying I’m being vocal I’m using apps I’m trying hobbies I’m doing distractions but it keeps happening and I don’t know how long it will be until I relapse

BPD culture is when your LDR bf goes out to a party, and even though he's given you absolutely NO reason to mistrust him, all you can do is obsess over and over about all the pretty girls that'll be there probably hitting on and grinding all over him bc he's really attractive.
