If you had been told 24 hours ago that you’d be kissing your best friend who is also Spiderman, you wouldn’t believe it. Though to believe it, you’d need to back track quite a bit.
You and Tucker had always been friends, from babies to kids to teenagers, you were inseparable. So, when he moves to New York for college it’s a no brainer for you.
Initially, it was amazing. The city was awesome. You and Tucker were roommates. It was perfect. Well, until it wasn’t.
Suddenly, he started flaking on your guys’ plans, or he’d go and suddenly leave. Other times he’d come home late at night covered in bruises.
To say you were worried was an understatement. He would brush off your questions with a ‘it’s nothing’ which really did nothing to reassure you.
So, one night when while you were walking back from plans that Tucker cancelled, you decided to take a short cut.
While walking through the small alleyway, two masked gunmen appear. One grabs you, sliding your bag across the ground. The main issue being that your pepper spray is in the bag.
“Look, seriously just take the bag. It’s fine, please.” You pleaded.
He held a gun to your chin as the other rummaged through your bag.
“We don’t just want your bag, sweets.”
Then suddenly a *thwip!*
“Now that’s no way to treat to a lady, is it?”
Spiderman. Spiderman with a voice you’d recognize anywhere.
He quickly shot out two webs. One pulling down the gun, the other grabbing your bag.
You quickly take a few steps back, watching as Spiderman quickly immobilizes the two men, sticking them to the ground.
He quickly walks up to you. He’s gentle, like you need to be handled with care.
“Hey, you okay? You’re shaking.” He quickly pulls you into a tight hug.
“I’ve got you. I’m gonna get you somewhere safe.”
Before you can react, he’s grabbing your bag, shooting a web towards a tall building and suddenly you’re swinging through the city.
The trip is quick and slightly terrifying. Though he manages to handle you with caution.
He lands the two of you onto a building’s roof.
“Um, sorry about the whole swinging thing. It’s really scary the first time.” Though his face is hidden, his tone is both remorseful and sheepish.
“I’m also assuming you can tell who I am.” He tugs at the mask’s edge under his chin, slowly pulling it up.
“Hey.” He says breathlessly.
“You’re Spiderman.” The only words you can seem to utter.
“Yeah, yeah, in the flesh. Look, I wanted to tell you, I really did, I just thought that I’d be able to protect you better if I kept it a secret. And I know I’ve been a shit friend recently, but if there’s anyway you can forgive me-“
You cut him off with a kiss. It’s sweet, soft, tentative. Then he kisses you back, it’s both hungry and tender in a way only Tucker could achieve.
none of this was supposed to happen. tucker was the last person you ever expected to be with. he was the kind of guy everyone knew for all the wrong reasons, a fact that only drew people in.
you just never expected to be one of those people.
his tricks had never worked on you—something most people would take as a rejection. but not him, he saw it as some form of mission. there were girls at parties who would practically throw themselves at him, and he would barely bat an eye. he wanted you—the sweet girl he knew he didn’t deserve. everything you did entranced him, and he didn't even know why. you weren't at all the kind of girl he usually found himself pining after. yet again, he never really... cared about anyone. His reputation would never allow it.
the two of you weren't even friends—nothing even close to that. you couldn't even remember his name half the time. not because you didn't care—your paths just... hardly crossed. not for lack of trying, of course; tucker always managed to find a way to see you. at parties your friends dragged you to, he was always... there.
deep down, he knew he wouldn't, no—couldn't, ever have you. but, god, doesn't that make it all worse? the fact that he knew he shouldn't have someone like you only made his longing worse. and your obliviousness? it was killing him.
it wasn't until she found herself stranded at a party, having lost her friends and her phone being dead, that tucker finally had a reason to talk to her. he'd be foolish to let that chance slip away.

-In which Tucker visits his mom at her work to help out as she prepares for the next school year and gets to meet the new pretty teacher his mom has been talking his ear off about.
~2k words; fluff
-a/n: Hey! This is my first Tucker fic, so I hope I did him justice and I hope you all like it! Sorry it took so long to get it to you guys.
Summer is slowly coming to an end, and with it, summer break. Meaning, little kids everywhere are mourning the end of their freedom, and teachers, such as yourself, have started the upcoming school year preparations. Since you're new, you get the pleasure of also decorating your classroom how you'd like.
Which is what you're doing right now.
You have a small speaker playing music in the background as you use a stapler to add colorful details to the bulletin board and hum to yourself. You've wanted to teach ever since you were little and you were so excited to finally do it. You've only met a handful of other teachers at this school, but they've all been super nice. Especially Mrs. Pillsbury in room 107. Something about her makes you feel so welcome and looked after.
With a pleased sigh at your handy work, you look up and out into the hallway when you hear footsteps. You see a man. About your age. Tall. Tattooed. Cute.
He meets your gaze and offers a relaxed smile as he continues his path. Your brain buffers, barely able to smile back before it's too late. When he's out of sight, your stare moves to the wall in front of you.
Who the hell was that?
You try to shake off the butterflies in your stomach thinking to yourself that you're never going to see him again and that you're just being silly.
But fate, or Mrs. Pillsbury, has other plans.
You have your back to the door while you're fumbling with the jammed stapler, feeling like you're about two seconds away from slamming it into the desk, when you hear a knock on your open door. You straighten your back and turn around only to see the same man from earlier. Except this time, he's holding a box of school supplies. Your brows furrow in confusion, but you also don't think to say hello. Your brain is too preoccupied on trying not to stare at his biceps.
"Uh, hey. My mom sent these for you. Said you needed 'em," he explains.
"Your mom?" You ask stupidly.
"Pillsbury. Room 107," he supplies.
"Oh! Yes, thank you!" You had forgotten that she had kindly offered to lend you some supplies, "Here, I can take that."
You step forward to try and grab the box, but he shakes his head, "Nah, it's kinda heavy, just tell me where I should set it down."
You blink for a second, "Sure, yeah, on that table's fine." You point to the one nearest to him and shamefully watch his muscles work as he puts the box down.
When he stands back up to his full height, your eyes shoot to his and you give him a tight, awkward smile.
"My name's Tucker, by the way," He takes a step forward and extends his hand out for a shake.
You tell him yours and shake his hand.
God, he's tall.
He must sense what you're thinking because he smirks slightly, repeating your name under his breath like he wants to make sure he remembers it.
"So what do you need all those colored papers for?" he asks, nodding at the box.
You grin excitedly, grateful for the conversation starter, "I want to make these paper chain garlands to hang from the ceiling. I think it'll give the room a relaxed but festive environment. Plus, they're cheap and easy to make," you joke, "What do you think? Fun? Tacky?"
"Definitely fun, but I don't think the kids will care much for them once you start giving 'em homework."
"Ah, but what is school if not torture?"
Your little joke earns you a chuckle from him, not expecting a teacher to have that mindset, "I'm sure they'll love you," he teases.
"What's not to like?" I joke back, but he doesn't respond right away.
He studies you for a moment, like he's taking everything about you into inventory, before murmuring softly, "Yeah, I guess you're right."
This feels like a good natural conversation close, but you really don't want this super cute guy to leave just yet, so you blurt out the first thing that comes to mind.
"Wanna help?"
His eyebrows shoot up and he visibly lags, "I'm not very crafty," he laughs nervously.
"It's paper chains," I deadpan, "I'm sure you can handle that. Unless your mom needs you, of course," you say sweetly, giving him an out if he wants it.
What you don't know is that his mom sent him over here with the intention of setting the two of you up. She didn't say it out right, but Tucker could feel it in the way she practically shoved the box of supplies into his arms and pushed him out into the hallway with a stern look and the number of your classroom. But not before fixing his hair and adjusting his shirt.
"I'm sure she'll be fine," he manages after a bit. He wouldn't mind helping the new pretty teacher that works with his mom. Especially not when you ask with eyes like that.
"Alright then," you mutter softly with a nod. "The only thing is, my stapler got jammed. I can't get it to pop back up."
"Lemme see," he reaches you in a few long strides and stands close to you. Unnecessarily close, but you aren't gonna say anything.
He smells good, you notice.
After a few seconds of him fumbling with it, he gets it to work again. You thank him cheerfully, saying he 'saved your students from the terrible fate of having to stare at blank walls'.
He shakes his head with a smile, "That's what I'm here for. Shall we begin?"
"We shall," you point to the table where the supplies are and sit down. He follows suit. He looks huge in the chair meant for little kids, which does something to you. But it also makes him look cute with his long legs bent up and back hunched over to reach the table more easily.
He stares at you for a second and you assume he's waiting for instructions. You show him how you plan to make the chains, "It's really low stakes, so you can't really mess up," you chuckle softly when you see his brows furrowed in concentration.
"Trust me, yes I can," he grins back, but starts cutting up little strips of paper. You follow his lead, and soon enough, you settle into a comfortable rhythm.
You both make small talk as you work. It starts out polite. He asks about work, how you got here, where you studied, stuff like that, and you do the same.
But then he starts to get bold.
"So you got a boyfriend?" He blurts out after a short silence.
Your hands freeze for a second, eyes flitting up to his to gauge his intentions through body language. He's playing it cool, dead set on keeping his own eyes on the paper chain.
"Uh. No. No, I don't have a boyfriend," you answer after a few awkward beats.
He just nods and murmurs, "good."
You clear your throat. Is he going to ask you out? Should you ask about him? You open your mouth to ask if he has a girlfriend, figuring if he could ask, you could do, but you get interrupted by a light knock on the door.
You both look up to see his mom standing there with an all too pleased look on her face.
Tucker lets out a borderline annoyed, "Mom?" at the same time as you very politely and nervously say "Mrs. Pillsbury," like you got caught doing something you shouldn't.
Your coworker who has been working at this school for years and could easily get you fired just caught you sitting way too close to her son doing crafts together.
You could die.
"Hey, kids! Just making sure my son here didn't get lost or anything," she stands behind him and squeezes his shoulders. The motion causes you to look at them for a split second before looking at his mom again. They're broad. You're pleased.
"Whatcha working on?" She asks brightly, stepping out from behind him so that she can look at both of you, and shoots Tucker a knowing grin. He can't believe this. He's being spied on by his mother as he's trying to make a move on the pretty teacher.
"Just some paper chains to hang from the ceiling. Thanks again for letting me borrow some supplies, it was very kind of you," you explain professionally and kindly, albeit very embarrassed.
"Yes, mom. Very kind," he agrees, but it sounds a little sarcastic. Your brows furrow as you look at him, but he keeps his eyes trained on his mom. Your gaze bounces between both of them, evidently witnessing a silent conversation that you are not privy to.
After a few beats of you sitting there awkwardly, his mom sighs and smiles at you, "Well sweetheart it was my pleasure. If you need anything else, just call me. I mean it, scissors, paper, glue, a ride somewhere. Hell, you're welcome to come to our house anytime, I'm sure Tucker wouldn't mind," she adds that last part with a glint in her eyes.
Tucker coughs loudly and you catch on to the situation, tilting your head down to hide your smile and to suppress a laugh.
"I'll keep that in mind, thank you Mrs. Pillsbury," you nod politely. And with one more teasing smile sent to Tucker, she leaves your classroom.
Tucker keeps facing the door, as if making sure she doesn't come back. He rolls his shoulder and finally turns back to you with a sheepish smile, "That's good ol' mom."
"She's great," you grin.
"You're enjoying this aren't you," he narrows his eyes at you.
"Why ever would you think that?" you play coy, clearly taking pleasure in the situation. You reach for the stapler that's next to him to finish the chain you were working on, but he grabs it before you can, holding it away from you.
You frown, "Hey! What-"
"Can I take you out?"
You close your mouth quickly, eyes going wide. You manage a surprised, "huh?"
"On a date," he clarifies, though it wasn't necessary. "You, me, restaurant, dinner, dessert-" he continues teasingly when you just keep staring at him.
"No, yeah, I know what a date is," you interrupt him with a playful eye roll, "You want to take me out on a date?"
"Yeah," he says like he didn't just turn your day around completely.
"Okay," you find yourself saying.
"Okay?" He sits up like he wasn't expecting you to say yes so quickly.
"Sure, why not."
"Boy, you sure know how to make a man feel special. Is tonight good? Seven o'clock?"
Now it's your turn to be surprised again, "Tonight? That's... soon."
"Why waste good time, I think we have something here," he taps the stapler against the table once to drive his point in as he looks at you with a cocky grin.
"Fine. Tonight at seven," you try to match his tone.
"Good. I'll pick you up," he stands and walks toward the door with a pep in his step.
"You need my address in order to do that," I point out.
"I know where you live, gorgeous," at my confused, slightly horrified look, he clarifies with a small laugh, "I've got a spy on the inside," he taps the side of his nose and winks. And with that, he walks out, leaving you to sit in a tiny chair and try to get a grasp on what just happened.
You remember mentioning where you lived to your coworker a few days ago when you first met, finding it a little weird how she kept asking you questions about things you liked and where you lived.
The realization dawns on you and you let out a small incredulous laugh and shake your head, "Touché, Pillsburys" you whisper to yourself with a giddy smile.
-please let me know if you guys have any requests! I wanna try to start writing more and I could use the distraction 🫶
a/n: I’m so sorry it’s taken me so long to release the second part of this, but nonetheless I truly hope you enjoy, and remember, feedback is super welcome and appreciated!

CHAPTER ONE: NOVEMBER 2025
The week after Thanksgiving always seemed like the slowest yet busiest time. The countdown til Christmas was starting, the stores were becoming more crowded and the diner you worked at was entering its busiest time of the season.
“(y/n)! Table three needs a refill!”
You internally groaned.
“Coming!”
You made your way over to the table in your section, giving them a fake smile and brief refill. As you walked back to the kitchen, the tv was blaring nonsense, until you heard a name you thought you’d never hear again: tucker pillsbury.
Your co-worker bumped into your shoulder to move you out of the way as she made her way back into the kitchen. You turned around and stood by the double doors, your eyes glued to the television shamelessly.
“And for all you live music fans out here in Maine, one of our very own, Role Model, is coming back to perform on his headlining tour! So make sure to get your tickets for Friday…”
The fire of hatred still burned for Tucker Pillsbury, but you couldn’t help but wonder if things had turned out differently, where would you be? would you be the girlfriend on tour with him right now? or still just a close friend? or-
the sound of the door bells ringing as people exited, and people chattering snapped you back into your reality of where you were.
you huffed, getting back to your shift before your boss caught you and chewed you out for “not working” accordingly.
***
“Can you believe it!?”
Your best friend, Maaike screamed as she flopped backwards on your bed, sighing happily. A mere 20 minutes ago, she bursted through your apartment doors talking about how she got tickets to see this insane artist she’s been loving for months.
And it just so happened to be the person you swore you’d never cross paths with again, even if you had the chance to do so.
“Do I have to go?”
“You’ve been working your ass off (y/n), you deserve a night out before you become the grumpy waitress again.”
“I am not grumpy…”
You crossed your arms and huffed, as your friend deadpanned and looked at you up and down.
“Case closed.”
You audibly groaned, pleading once more and trying to come up with an excuse to not go with her.
“Can’t you ask Lydia?”
“She’s working a double shift.”
“Elyse?”
“She’s on a trip with her boyfriend.”
“Lucy-“
“(y/n), we’re going. you’re my concert buddy, remember?”
You remembered the promise you made to each other after the first concert you went to together a few years back.
You sighed, “fine, I’ll go-“
Maaike cheered.
“-But we need to be back before 2am.”
“Wait, why?”
“I need my beauty sleep!”
She playfully rolled her eyes, hoping you’d lighten up some.
“Okay drama queen, let’s go get ready!”
***
Your nerves bubbled up as you tried to avoid eye contact with the stage. Maaike was seemingly having the time of her life, yet you felt like you could vomit at any second.
You watched Tucker as he danced around the stage and made a mental note of how happy he looked. Everything in you didn’t want to admit that he made it bigger than you did, and he was happiest without you.
He looked happy, and before everything crashed and burned, that’s all you ever wanted for him.
The last song continually rang in your ears as you walked to your car with maaike.
“Wasn’t it amazing!?”
You forced a laugh, “yeah, it was very um.. loud.”
“You need to lighten up,”
“I’m fine-“
As you reached for your keys to unlock the car, you heard your phone buzz multiple times in your purse.
Your heart dropped to your stomach as you read the notifications displayed across your screen.
you and tucker had a really complicated relationship. you weren’t together, weren’t even close. you were just hooking up here and there. you met through lizzy, she’s your best friend since you can remember and you tell her everything, well, except for your situation with tucker. you’re both casual and it doesn’t bother you but lately he wants you to stay longer, spend time together with doing anything sexual.
like right now, a few seconds ago you both finished and he just pulled his length out of you. you reached for your clothes but he wrapped his fingers around wrist to stop you. “you won’t stay?” he asked, trying to hide his disappointment. you looked at him and shrugged. “didn’t know i was supposed to.” you answered a bit coldly. he frowned and put his hoodie on you. “stay a bit, we can watch a movie or order something…” he said hopefully.
you sighed and gave in. you knew that he was slowly catching feelings for you and you didn’t want to hurt him. but the truth is, you liked him too. not casually, you liked him… romantically. that wasn’t a part of your agreement but it happened. none of you ever spoke up about it but the tension between the two of you was noticeable.
you put on your panties and tucker slipped his boxers on as well. after that he put on Toy Story and lit up a cigarette. “you did good, you know?” he spoke up after exhaling the smoke. you nodded and smiled softly, still deep in your thoughts. “everything alright?” he looked at you a bit worried. you hummed and nodded again. “yeah, just thinking.” you answered and he turned his gaze back to the movie. after a few seconds you felt his hand running through your hair. the smile on your face appeared and tucker chuckled. “feels good?” he smiled and pressed a kiss to your temple. you froze.
“what?” tucker asked confused. you sat up and ran a hand through your hair. “don’t…” you whispered. “sorry, i thought-“ he tried to explain but you cut him off. “no, tucker, this is not what we agreed on. this is way too intimate and we shouldn’t- god just leave me alone!” you yelled and tucker flinched. “i’m sorry, i won’t-“ he trailed off when you threw his hoodie off your body and started to get dressed. “bye.”
you put on your shoes and took your phone. “y/n, i can- i can explain.. let’s talk, please.” tucker jumped out of bed. “tucker, it’s not okay! this was supposed to be casual and with no feelings or- or anything. look at this, at us! what are we even doing?!” you raised your voice. “y/n, please…” he insisted. “no! bye, tucker!” you opened the door and shut it after yourself.
tucker was left in his empty hotel room with tears threatening to fall down his cheeks and a bit of hatred towards himself.
you sped down the stairs not even bothering to wait for the elevator. tears of love and regret are making your cheeks wet.
tucker sat on the floor and leaned his head against the wall. his phone in his hand and your number on the screen. he wanted to call, to explain, to confess to you but it was too late, right? you didn’t want love or affection or anything. you wanted casual, you wanted to hook up and then leave…
𖤓°⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ the average morning routine between the two, one gets up too early, the other wakes more than once
warning/contains. swearing? tons of kissing and cuteness, allusions to sex
pairing. mechanic!tucker x nurse!reader
i see people do this with their au’s, if you want to ask questions about the pairings, i will always answer! i love little ideas when im burnt out somedays, so ask away if you desire
tucker worked a 9-5 in his shop, he never woke up at 5am. except for mornings like these.
your alarm blared and he groaned as you did, his muscular arm tightening around your waist and calloused hand gripping at the flesh of your hip as you reached for the phone. both of you sighed as silence hit, and you turned to face tucker. “go to sleep.” you murmured, kissing his lips as you moved out of bed.
but he watched you walk around the room, grabbing your set of scrubs and underscrubs. you walked to your bedside table, in your bra and scrub pants to stare at your phone. you squinted at your work group chat, along with the weather. as you did so, tucker sat up and kissed your shoulder and neck, making you grin.
“cold day today.” you murmured to him, turning your face to his to kiss him lovingly. “you could stay and we could warm up.” he teased, getting a small chuckle from you and a bigger grin- if possible. “tonight, i’m off work tomorrow.” you informed, placing another kiss on his lips before turning back to your clothes.
you decided on a pink long sleeve under scrub to pair with the black scrubs you wore, bringing in some type of fun colors. and of course the pink hair clip followed.
and tucker watched you get ready, he always did. he got up at seven thirty every morning, the shop not too far from your guys’ home, so he could manage watching you get ready for thirty minutes. a smile rested on his face as you stood in the connected bathroom, door open and light on, knowing he was watching like normal.
and so you did your routine; hair out of your face, face washed and moisturized, brows set the way you want, simple mascara, and whatever blemish covering you swore you needed though tucker didn’t see shit. simple makeup for a not so simple job, you weren’t there to impress anyone anyway, never were but especially not now when you had a man beside you every night.
“packed your lunch.” you informed, walking out of the bathroom and hovering above your boyfriend, seeing his grin. “god i love you.” he murmured, tugging you towards him. you laughed as he flipped you over, laying you in bed before making out with you, shutting you up when you complained of your schedule.
“tucker i gotta go, you’re making it hard to leave” “good, call off and i will too.” he murmured against your lips, getting a laugh from you again. your laughter queued your dog, and she ran in and jumped in beside you both, licking at the side of your face and you squealed more.
“please, that’s a sign even sadie doesn’t want you to leave.” he murmured, kissing you still and his hands slid under your shirt. you laughed and swatted his shoulder, “i love you both but cmon, i got bills to pay.” you said, placing a loving and end of the kisses peck, but he groaned. “baby that’s what i’m here for.” he argued, but you didn’t let up, so he added dramatics and rolled off of you.
with one more kiss, he let you get up, smiling smugly as he watched you fix your hair and top. you gave the black lab a kiss to her forehead, smiling as her tail thumped against the bed. “i love you both.” you said softly, parting ways.
tucker listened to you get ready, yell goodbye, and the house was emptier. he looked at your guys’ dog, who nuzzled next to him but sniffed your pillow, like she missed you too. “long day without momma now.” he murmured, petting sadie and chuckling as she laid on him, the two of them falling back asleep until his alarm blared.
and when it was time for tucker to get ready, he slipped on his work clothes, clipped on the harness to sadie, brushed his teeth and put on the lotion you enforced him to use, before walking downstairs.
tucker opened the fridge and saw his water bottle filled and lunch packed, making him smile and pause in appreciation. he took them out after a second then poured himself coffee, fed sadie, and fed himself.
and soon, a 9-5 in the shop and a text from you on your break, lead to him getting dinner ready within the two hours he waited for you to return home. and when you did, he greeted you with a warm kiss and hand on your hip- early mornings paid off for evenings like this.
and he’d take an early morning every morning. as long as it was with you. tucker kissed your lips again and turned back to the food he was making, waving at you with the wooden spoon- motioning to the chair.

Summary: Tucker takes her to the Short'n sweet Tour, revealing their relationship to the public during the Juno Bit
Warnings: sexual references, jokes about a threesome/sharing, fluff, not explicitly mentioned but Tucker and her are private/secret before this, reader is a BIG Sabrina fan
Wordcount: 0.8k
Masterlist, Rockstar Boyfriend Masterlist
It hadn't taken much for her to convince Tucker to go Sabrina Carpenter's show, especially not when she had been intentionally playing her more and more over the last few weeks, casually dropping how she'd been a fan of hers since 2017 and still never went to a concert. He had his hand over his eyes, head hanging low in fake annoyance as he asked for when she was gonna be near them.
But now that he was there, her dressed up in a dress that barely covered her ass, singing and dancing with pure joy written all over her, he quite enjoyed it himself. He knew the songs, knew what they meant. He had seen enough videos to know what was going to happen when one of the bodyguards approached him and asked him to follow him. Pulling her out of the crowd as she looked at him in confusion, not figuring it out as quickly as he did. But then the stage came closer and her smile widened when they were stood in front of the barricade.
Dumb and poetic came to an end, the curtain rising, the lights brightening. Dancers came over, holding an all too familiar prop as Sabrina talked to the crowd. "You've all been looking so good over the course of this tour but-" her eyes fell on where they stood. Smirking as she watched the pair. "There's been one person who's caught my eye all night."
Tucker whispered in her ear, telling her about the bit they thought of as her went was racing. Nodding in understanding, she stepped away from him, leaving the camera to fall on him with no one else in frame.
The crowd went wild when Tucker appeared on screen, playing into the act. Fawning his face, mouth wide open. Pointing at himself as if he couldn't believe it.
"Oh, shit," Sabrina muttered, chuckling awkwardly as she saw who was on the screen. "I- This is awkward. I bet you're a total diva but actually-" The crowd screamed at the joke.
Before she could talk further Tucker's shoulders sacked in understanding, acting like the mix-up happened all the time. Arm stretched out to her, pulling her into frame. The crowd was almost deafening when his arms wrapped around her. The secret was out. The sirens went off.
"That's who I was talking about. What's your name, beautiful?" Crouching down, she held the mic out for her as she screamed it. Repeating it, touching her hair as she looked at her with flirtation running through her words. "Oh, wow. My name is Sabrina and I think you should leave your boyfriend for me."
It was a joke, something they'd talked about beforehand but when she tilted her head to the side, eyebrows raising in consideration at the proposition she could feel his arms tightening around her waist. Awaiting an answer.
"What about sharing?" she asked, catching everyone off guard, especially Tucker and Sabrina. The blonde only laughed in shock, hand in front of her mouth as she couldn't believe the answer. Falling out of her roll for a second.
Tucker's mouth was wide open in shock, head falling on her shoulder as he tried hiding from the crowd's reaction.
"Oh my god, my clothes just fell off at that," Sabrina said, still laughing when she looked back at them. Taking the fuzzy pink handcuffs from her back-up dancer, both of them also laughing. Handing them to the security so they could give it to her. "I'll get back to you on that but I think you might want this."
Blowing her a kiss before walking over to the chair that was placed in the middle of the stage, the camera was off her again. Taking the handcuffs from the security and thanking him before throwing herself at Tucker. Hugging him close, jumping in excitement.
"She knows my name!" She squealed, smiling wider than he'd ever seen before. "Fucking Sabrina Carpenter talked to me. How did you do that?"
"I called her," Tucker admitted, shrugging like it was no big deal. Her mouth falling open in shock.
"You have her number?"
"You're not getting it." Shaking his head before she could protest, he added, "You'll definitely leave me if you have it."
"I would never," she said, smiling softly. Kissing him in front of people still filming them without any second thoughts. "I love you."
The first chords of Juno playing in the background.
Screaming once more, she started moving to the beat. Singing directly at him without any shame. His face heating up at the words, smiling when she started scheming the daydreams in his head.

She had been waiting for hours, knees pulled up to her chest, fingers anxiously tapping against the white sheets. The other side was still empty every time she looked over. Silently praying that her eyes were just wrong and she hadn't seen him laying next to her. Breathing softly while he was peacefully asleep like it should be at this hour of night.
He snuck out a few hours prior, the red spandex hanging low on his hips as he informed her that he had to go but would be back sooner than she could blink. Slipping out into the night, mask over his face, suit pulled up.
But still here she was, waiting. While the hours ticked by all kinds of scenarios echoed in her mind. The neverending fear of him hurting while he tried saving the others not letting her fall back asleep.
Her muscles were exhausted, head hanging low, neck aching. Outstretching her legs, she felt the sharp gush of wind over her bare skin that wasn't covered by the blanket anymore. Low groans and the sound of the window opening with force filling the room.
"You have to stop scaring me like this!" she hissed into the night, moving to the other side of the room. Muscles tensing under the cold air of the still open window. Tucker's shadow lingering in the windowframe, chest heaving. His stuttered out breaths could be heard on the other side of the road where the light was still shining.
The TV static of the apartment next to theirs treating through the walls. His synonym etching through. "Spiderman saves the day once more." Though all he did now, behind the walls of her security and comfort, was fall into her arms. Hold tightening when he remebered the events he nearly hadn't survived. What would've he done if he hadn't got to hold her one more time.
"Don't worry bout me, love," he whispered into her neck. Leaving little pecks of love and affirmation on her skin when she didn't seem convinced.
Laying him down on the bed, she unzipped the suit.
"Can't even wait until I catch breath again before you already want me naked, huh? I see how it is," he mused, laughing when he recognized the look in her eyes. Annoyance mixed with a relief that he was still the same boy she fell in love with all these months before. Before she knew about any of this, his absence and the dangers of his second job.
"Shut up or I'll tape the windows shut next time you go out," she said back, inspecting the wound that was already decorated by dried blood. Getting a cloth and antiseptics along with some antibiotics and a water. Handing him the latter two while she got to work on cleaning him up. Apologizing profoundly when he hissed at the sting that he should be familiar with by now. It was a daily occurence they found themselves in.
"I hate that I have to stare out into the night and only see the window opposite ours," she mumbled, trying to get his focus off the pain and onto her voice.
"I already told you, the roof's not safe and it's way too cold for you at night." He sucked in the rest of his words as the alcohol touched the skin above his rips.
"I'm not talking about the roof. I just want to be able to see the street and see when you'll return."
Leaving the room to bring back the stuff she got, she could feel the weight of her words spreading through the apartment. His groans traveling through the silence along with it when he moved over. His arm outstretched when she came back, inviting her to fall into what he wanted to give her but couldn't commit to. Not with the life he was living.
By morning, the weight was gone. Tucker was already moving steadier when he stumbled into the kitchen, a lovesick smile stretched over his face when he caught sight of her in his shirt. Wrapping his arms around her waist, his wound touched her back. The pressure making him hiss into her hair when he mumbled his good mornings.
"Did something for you," he whispered, watching with a smirk when her hands stopped flipping the pancakes. Waiting till she had the one in the pan on the plate and the stove turned off before dragging her behind him. Stopping in the hall, saying, "Close your eyes."
Furrowing his eyebrows at the odd request, she yelped when he stood behind her with his hand over her eyes. Her sight engulfed by darkness.
"Tucker, what is going on?" she asked as he pushed her body forward, urging her to take a step forward before turning her towards something, the light of the room shining through the spaces between his fingers.
Taking the mask off of her vision, she blinked at the sudden brightness of the sun. The light coming from their living room, though instead of clothes coveing the floor in front of the small window, there was their bed now. Looking back at Tucker, she gasped at the newly rearranged furniture.
"What is this for?" she asked, stepping further into the room.
"Just so you can look over the street when you wait for me," he explained, sitting on the mattress. Patting the place next to him so she can take a look at the view. "I want you to feel as comfortable as I can when you're already worried for me."
Throwing her arms around his neck, this was what it was all about.
"Thank you," she mumbled, knocking him over with the force she fell into him. Face nuzzled against his skin, kissing his cheek. Her body on top of his, she pushed herself up. Knees on either side of his body, his hands on her hips. Holding her steady while she leaned against the window to look down into the streets.
she could see the little miniature replicas of people as they rushed through the early hours. Imagining the lights that would be visible at night. His masked outline flickering on the billboard down the streets. "The view is incredible."
"Yeah, I can't complain," he smirked, hands tightening on her hips as he brought her down again. Locking their lips together as New York City came alive.
you and tucker have been dating for a couple months now and tonight is the fourth night of the tsou deluxe tour. tucker invited you to the new york shows so you could watch him open msg. you always tell him that he’ll be headlining msg in no time, you know it’s a big dream of his.
you’re sitting in his green room watching him as he gets ready, he looks behind him to find you already staring. “take a picture, it’ll last longer babe.” he said
you giggled “why would i need a picture, you’re already mine.” you said boldly.
tuckers manager knocked on the door, “tucker you’re on in 5!” she yelled through the wood.
“coming!” tucker shouted back. he stood up and waked over to you, you stood up and placed your hand on his chest. he gives you a kiss, his hand resting on your waist. you push away after a moment, “go! you’re gonna be late.” tucker sighed, “alright.” he gave you one last kiss before he ran to the wings, you followed him and watched him walk on to the stage. the arena erupted in cheers, you were so proud of him. the deluxe tour was really doing wonders for his popularity and you’ve never been happier.
tucker finishes his set and runs off the stage into the wings. he spots you and opens his arms for you. he’s super sweaty but you hug him anyway, you look at him and grab his face. “you were so good out there!” you say shaking him watching his grin get wider. “seriously, i almost cried watching you.” you admitted. you and tucker talked for a bit while walking back to his green room. you two were sitting on the couch before tucker spoke up, “oh hey by the way gracie invited me to sing mess it up with her tonight on stage.”
this usually wouldn’t be a problem, you aren’t a jealous person. but recently the internet has exploded with “tuckgracie” edits and ship posts and it’s became a lot for you. tucker hasn’t posted you so how would the fans know they are hurting his girlfriend, but also the fact that he hasn’t posted you hurts you too. he says it’s good to just keep relationships away from the media. but you feel as if he goes to far with it, you two have never been seen in public because he’s always having his drivers drop you off at the back of buildings to restaurants or events. when fans come up to him in public while you two are together he pretends you are just on his team. you decide to just chill out, and not say anything. this is his career after all, you just want what’s best for tucker.
“cool! did you say yes?” you asked.
“yea yea i did, i think it’ll be really good for publicity.” he replied. he must’ve noticed you tense up because he immediately said, “listen.”
“no no tucker it’s fine.” you placed your hand on his.
“okay, are you sure?” “you know all the internet stuff isn’t real, it shouldn’t affect us.” tucker said reassuringly.
but it didn’t feel reassuring to you. you knew this would feed into their fans edits.
“i’m sure, thank you tucker.” you told him, placing your hands to adjust the fabric on his suit.
you and tucker chatted until it was time for him to go up with gracie, you tried to ignore the feeling in the back of your mind, making you overthink everything little thing.
you two stood there in the wings watching gracie perform the beginning of mess it up
“guess I thought when I left it would all stop” hmm, it would all stop” gracie sang.
tucker began to walk out onto stage.
“did i fall”
“did i fall” tuckers voice rang out through the arena, crowd going crazy. tucker walked out into the middle of stage looking gracie in eyes.
you watched them from the wings, a burning sensation in your heart. you knew it wasn’t fair to be jealous. but fairness didn’t really seem important right now. you saw it. you saw what everyone meant on tiktok when they pledged that tucker and gracie would make a good couple, that they have chemistry. you crossed your arms around your chest.
the song progressed, tucker and gracie getting closer and closer.
“when i told”
“when i told”
gracie put her hand on the small of tuckers back. you rolled your eyes.
“you ‘i’m fine’”
“you ‘im fine’”
“you were lied to.”
tucker and gracie continued to harmonize. fuck. they sounded great together, as much as you hated to admit.
“how could i think that all that i gave you was enough.” tucker and gracie sang together, their voices trapping everyone in the arenas eyes. you were sure everyone else saw it, their chemistry, the way their eyes didn’t leave each others. you burned with envy.
“i keep thinking maybe if you let me back in.” gracie walked away towards the crowd and turned back around to face tucker.
“we could make it better breaking every habit.” you watched gracie point to tucker while singing that line. you knew it probably meant nothing in the back of your mind. it’s just part of their performance and stage presence. but the part of you that wanted an explanation, felt like they had something going on. it was the only way your feelings were going to be validated. you felt so much anger, tears swelled in your eyes. you couldn’t watch anymore. you turned around and stormed down the green rooms hallways. you heard team members say, “what is she doing?” as they stared at you angrily storming down the halls.
you’re jealousy got the best of you, you decided to just go back to the hotel early. little did you know, tucker was finished with the performance and walked off the stage immediately looking for you, but you weren’t there.
you were just swinging your bag on your shoulder when CLICK the door opened, leaving a sweaty confused tucker infront of you. fuck. your goal was to book it before he could even see you. “what are you doing?” he asked you.
you looked down at the floor, “look, i have to go.” you tried to push past him.
he didn’t budge, he grabbed your shoulders. “baby, what’s wrong?” “talk to me.”
you shook your head, tears forming in your eyes. “you wouldn’t get it.” you choked out, “just let me go. seriously.” you pushed him out of the way and fast walked down the hallway to the exit door.
tucker stood there, he didn’t know what to do. he immediately grabbed his phone and started texting you.

you couldn’t help but cry. you knew this wasn’t the right way to go about this. you knew you were being a bad girlfriend. but your emotions got the best of you. the show was over now and you decided to make the worst decision. you looked up “tuckgracie” on tiktok.
-TIKTOK-
you’re jaw clenched reading the comments, you knew this would be the reaction. and so did tucker. so why would he do this? he knew it would hurt you. you couldn’t help but just be so angry.
you shut your phone off and threw it at the wall. the way he hugged her was haunting you. you groaned into your hands. you decided to just try to sleep.
you heard a knock at your door, you sat up. “y/n?” you heard someone yell, it was tuckers voice. you slowly got up and walked over to the door. your heart was racing. he called your name again. you opened the door, your mascara was smeared and it was obvious you were crying.
he rushed in and grabbed your face in his palms, “what is happening?” “please tell me.” “don’t run away.”
you closed your eyes, touching his hands that rested on your face. “i’m sorry.” was the only thing you could think to say.
“don’t be sorry, please just tell me something, anything.” he pleaded.
“do you and gracie have.” you looked away, “a thing?”
“what? no.” “why would you say something like that?”
“i see all the videos tucker, everyone else thinks you do. the way you two looked on stage tonight, the way you looked at her. it was all too familiar.” you told him.
tucker shook his head, kissing me. he pulled away after a little. “look at me.”
you looked up at him, meeting his eyes.
“you are the only person i have feelings for, i mean it.” he assured you.
you smiled, “really?”
“of course. y/n i love you.” he admitted.
i met his eyes again, my heart fluttered. it was the first time he said it. “i love you too tucker, im sorry i didn’t trust you. the internet drives me crazy.” you replied.
he hugged you tight, his hand resting on the back of your head. “don’t be sorry, its my fault. i should’ve been more considerate.” “please, come back to our room.”
you nodded your head, grabbing your bag from off the bed and gently holding his hand on the way back to your original room.
when you two made it to the room you immediately went to sleep, you cuddled into his chest like he was your personal pillow while his arm draped over your waist pulling you in. you listened to his breaths as you both fell asleep. a part of you was still confused, but you trusted tucker. you really did.
the next morning you woke up to a lonely bed, you reached over to try to feel tucker but he wasn’t there. you opened your eyes. just then the bedroom door clicked opened and you saw tucker walk in with breakfast on a tray. “what are you doing?” you giggled.
“breakfast in bed, i want to make sure you remember how much i love you. i never want you to doubt yourself again.”
“oh my gosh, you’re insane.” you said while looking at the massive breakfast displayed infront of you.
you two ate the breakfast. and once you finished tucker told you to get ready and that you two were gonna go out.
you got ready in a cute summer outfit and walked out to the living room. “you look gorgeous.” tucker told you, walking over and picking you up spinning you around. you giggled, “put me down!” you yelped. he slowly let you down while he stared at you smiling, once you reached his level you leaned in, kissing him.
tucker took your hand and led you to a cute trail in the city not too far from the hotel. it was a beautiful summer morning. you didn’t want to be anywhere else.
you wrapped your arm around his as you walked, leaning into him. occasionally resting your head on his shoulder as his grip on your waist remained firm. after a while you two went back to the hotel because he had to go to soundcheck.
in the uber on the way to the arena you saw tucker adding photos to his story. “what are you doing?”
“nothing.” he looked up at you.
you decided to look at your phone and check his stories, “hard launching me?”
“of course, wanted to show everyone how pretty my girlfriend is.” he leaned over and kissed you. placing his hand on your thigh as you kissed him back.
“you’re the best.” you told him.
“i know.”
while you knew that social media wasn’t the most important thing in the world. and that it doesn’t define relationships. it was good to know you weren’t a secret anymore.
you knew tucker was the one, and you didn’t want to mess it up.

what the hell. the little girl inside of me really wanted to freak out, and butterflies had fluttered in my stomach but i was still so confused why and how this was all happening.
i walked into the kitchen and gracie looked over at me as she poured her coffee into her mug “wow. you look like a train hit you.” she said with a grin
“thanks gracie.” i said sarcastically
“you’re welcome!” she said as she slid her mug over to me and began making cup of coffee one for herself.
“so.. what happened last night?” i asked
“oh besides you and tucker totally hitting it off?” she smiled, “nothing much, you got SO drunk y/n it was insane.”
i groaned and put my hands in my head. “please don’t tell me i embarrassed myself infront of him.”
“i wouldn’t say you embarrassed yourself, just showed him what your like when your drunk.” “he has to get used to it after all.”
i side eyed gracie, “no he WONT have to get used to it. we aren’t friends, we aren’t hanging out again.” i pledged.
“that’s what they all say.” she smirked
“who’s they?”
“shut up.”
i decided to check my phone just to be reminded that tucker added me on instagram. i decided to follow him back, just to see what he would say. i don’t want him. i think.

“yes please, but that’s not what i wanted.”
“enlighten me.” i asked while i grabbed two more slices of bread for gracie’s lunch.
“sooo….. about tucker.”
“no.” i shut her down quickly. “we aren’t doing this right now.”
“oh come on! he’s so into you y/n” gracie said giggling and kicking her feet.
“please, he’d never. i’m not in his league.”
“sure. that’s not what he texted me earlier.” gracie said smirking at me, waiting for my reaction. i ignored her for a while trying to decipher if she was kidding or not. she walked away but i pulled her arm.
“what do you mean gracie?” “what did he text you?” i asked interrogating her.
“gosh calm down, he just said he’s into you.” “that’s all.”
“are you sure he wasn’t kidding?”
“tucker wouldn’t do that, he was staring at you ALL night.” “give him a chance, for me.”

Summary: After years of avoiding his feelings towards her, a simple note on a telephone booth makes him confess
Warnings: bits of angst, fluff, friends to lovers
Wordcount: 2k
Masterlist, Rockstar Boyfriend Masterlist
He's had 12 years of thinking it through and still he missed his chance.
Being the first one she told about the year abroad, the plan she'd made and all she wanted to do. How she'd make the money to survive and still enjoy her time away. A decision she'd made long before the possibility arrived in her mail box. It had been the same thought for years whenever she looked out of her window into the same backyard for years: She needed to get out of there.
She didn't know when the decision seemed final but she knew that it would have happened sooner or later.
Making up stories of running away with Peter Pan to Neverland after Tucker's mom read the story to them at a sleepover and she couldn't fall asleep afterwards. Astonished by the way out that seemed plausible at the time. Dreaming of it ever since.
There was nothing she'd feel bad about leaving behind.
Nothing besides him.
Bending down to grab the last bag from her childhood bedroom floor, he was quicker. Being the gentleman he was raised to be, Tucker picked up the bag without complaining, smiling like his heart wasn't being torn apart by the empty walls and the flight ticket that seemed to burn straight through him from her bag. Closing the trunk of his car booth and leaning against the metal, cigarette between his lips, leaving her one last moment of silence.
The drive to the airport was silent. Only the faint sound of the radio keeping them company - keeping the confessions and tears away. A top 40 hit neither liked but endured for the sake of it. It was something at least.
"Hopefully I'm gonna be hearing your voice on that shit station soon," she mumbled, head leaning back against the head rest, looking up at the sky.
Acknowledging the laugh he let out with a smile of her own. Her fingers gripping the soft material of her jacket, one he bought her a few years back as a gift with the money he made from his first gig. 'Special earnings should be spent on a special someone,' he told her at that time but soon it seemed like every earning he spent was spent on her.
"You'll call when you arrived, right?" Turning his head, he ached for her to look his way. To acknowledge the heavy feeling sitting between them ever since she told him the news. Whenever he'd sent her videos or links of things she should do and write: take a picture for me.
"Of course I will," she said it like it was obvious. Holding up the little piece of paper he'd written for her as a reminder. 'DON'T FORGET MEEEE or I'll make sure you never get my moms cinnamon rolls ever again!'
"Just want to make sure you don't cut me off for some posh British lad with plaid pants and a college degree."
"If you cared about it so much you would've gotten your college degree."
"OK, mean."
Accompanying her up to the gates until she was the only one able to go further. He put her bags in front of her, pulling her into one last hug. Arms engulfing her body, pulling her into his chest by her shoulders. His lips landing on the top of her head, staying like a promise that he'd stay until she came back. Breathing in her shampoo one last time before she pulled away. Tears welling up in both their eyes as they looked at each other.
"I have to go," she reminded him, trying to take his arms off of her but he only shook his head, pulling her in once more. Mumbling incoherent promises to her. "I'll call you."
And with that she was gone, not looking back in fear of changing her mind if she'd see the look on his face. Not letting her mind think clearly until the plane took off and she had no way of going back. This was it now.
She called him. It was the first thing she did after landing, saying she arrived well and that she'd call him once more when she arrived at her new place. Giving him a rundown of everything that was different. Describing it all in precise detail as he could hear the excitement in her voice. The feeling of her being happier away from the place she despised even when it meant being away from him had his chest churning.
"Go to sleep," he told her after a while, having remembered the time difference by heart. Knowing she would never hang up if he didn't tell her to.
They talked daily first until it became weekly and in the end, he hadn't heard from her in a month. Unaware of her situation, unsure if she was even still alive. The doubts dawning on him late at night: did she even still need him?
Walking around the streets of a new city where he hadn't memorized the street names yet, his mind was barely where it should be. In a studio, focused on the song at hand. Instead all he could think about was her. All the things he never told her and regretted so deeply of keeping to himself.
His producer had told him to take five. Get a breath of fresh air and try to get his head on straight again.
Waiting at the edge of the road, looking left and right, his eyes caught sight of a telephone. Black ink building a stark contrast against the silver metal. Moving closer, the letters became clearer. He could read them. And the words felt like a gun was held to his head.
'Tell her you love her'
It called to him like a sign, grabbing the phone and dialing the one number he knew by heart, he paced around the little space while it kept ringing. Cursing himself halfway through for doing this but not giving up.
"Hello?" her voice sounded unsure on the other side of the line. Tired and a bit scared at the unknown number.
Realizing the circumstances he put her into, he was surprised she even picked up. Maybe she changed more than he realized.
"I love you," he blurted out what he'd been hiding for years. The feeling of freedom rising in his chest, a heavy weight falling from his shoulders at the confession.
But her silence made him sink. It made him doubt and fear.
"Tucker?" she asked, rumbling being heard on the other side.
"I know this is a shit way of saying it but I couldn't keep it to myself anymore. I watched you throughout all of your phases and I loved you through all of them. Even when you were gushing about other guys or when you did the most embarrassing things to get their attention. I loved you even then. When you told me that you would be leaving for good, I told myself that I would tell you. But I never did. And now I can barely think about anything else other than how much I regret not telling you. I can barely write a song that isn't about you." Taking in a deep breath, closing his eyes as he combed through his endless string of thoughts, he only came to one conclusion. "I love you."
"You're half the world away," she breathed out, sucking in a deep breath to keep her emotions within. "Why can't you tell me stuff like this when I'm standing opposite you and not when I'm across the globe?"
"I don't know. I wish I told you sooner."
"I wish you've done that, too."
They were left in silence, the cold New York air making his lips go numb. His ears hurting from the freezing air.
"So what now?" he breathed out, breaking the one question they both asked themselves.
A message appeared, his time was almost up.
"Tell me again when I see you the next time."
And then the line went blank.
Cutting her off before she could ramble on.
Leaving both of them with a promise and a thing to look forward to.
But oh, how lives can change in a year.
She was done with adventures in another country, a new person. Not having a place she could call home but not feeling miserable about where she was stuck anymore. New friends and new habits. Still the same laugh when he'd sent her an awkward meme or talk bullshit on the phone just to hear the sound he missed so dearly.
And Tucker, he was more than a Top 40 Hit. Breaking through with his EP, losing the doubt he once had about his future. Out on the road, further out of her reach with his busy schedule. His shows a place to be, his stage a celebrity sight seeing.
She wouldn't blame him for not showing up.
Walking out of the mass of people, searching for her luggage in between hundreds of the same kind, she was sure he wasn't gonna be there. Whatever he had to do would surely be more important than her.
But then her eyes caught on to the memory. A bright blue sign grabbing her attention away from all the other ways to go. Bold blue diamond letters spelling out her name. A sign they made together the first time she talked about going away.
'If you're going away then you will be coming back someday. And I'll be there."
Looking up, familiar tattoos peeked out of his sleeve. Some of which she drew for him before they decorated his body forever. A slow, shy grin spreading over his face as he held the sign like a child would hold his favourite stuffed animal. Keeping it close enough to protect himself if needed.
Picking up her pace, she made her way over to him. Throwing her arms around his neck, making them both stumble back. Squealing when he picked her up, wrapping his arms around her waist, laughing just as brightly as she did when he could finally hold her again. Breathing in the scent he almost forgot over their time apart. Leaving little pecks on her neck. Letting her hold him for as long as she wanted.
"You actually came," she whispered into the crook of his neck. Tightening her hold around him to make sure he was real. Not some fantasy she made up to feel less bad about going away, leaving him behind.
"Of course I did," Tucker mumbled back, taking her luggage and carrying her over to a quieter space. Further away from the masses, further away from the stares they got. "As if I would miss my favorite person returning from the enemy continent."
"Acting like you aren't going there in a few months yourself, superstar." Pulling back, she kept close. Leaning her forehead against his, closing her eyes as they laughed together.
"Gonna need a tour guide though." He said nothing more, though the indications was clear.
He knew she understood as she grinned at him, her dimples showing ever so slightly.
Ready to go, he bent down to pick her bags back up. Stopping him in his movement, hope was filling her eyes. Angling her head in question. Asking him silently if he hadn't forgotten anything. Straightening his spine again, it dawned on him. They hadn't mentioned it ever since it happened. Dancing around the topic with neatly choreographed steps. Never tearing the line, only seeing how much it would take for it to rip.
And looking at her now, he knew his only answer could be the truth.
"I love you."
Both hands holding one side of the string, he pulled it apart forcefully. No regrets filling his mind as he watched her reaction at his action.
"Took you long enough," she said, stepping on her tiptoes to reach his height. Closing the last bit of space between them. Their lips enclosing the others. Moving together perfectly. Laughing against his lips, she mumbled, "I love you."
Summary: headcannons about wearing Spiderman merchandising before and after knowing that Tucker is Spiderman
Just had this thought while brainstorming for the Spiderman!Tucker AU and I came across pictures of people wearing Spiderman merch on Pinterest and I can't stop thinking about reader wearing it
Warnings: fluff
Masterlist, Rockstar Boyfriend Masterlist
Before she knows that Tucker is Spiderman she just wears the occasional shirt with Spiderman's face on it when she has nothing else to wear because after all he is New York's friendly neighboorhood Hero
She notices Tucker being suspiciously interested as to why she chose to wear it and whether she likes him or not
He'd be so smug about seeing his masked self on her body
Though he also couldn't wait to finally take it off once they got back to her place
When he tells her it finally makes sense as to why he acted that when she wore the merch
Though it also gets much worse with her wearing it
Half of her closet is Spiderman merch by the end of the week and she'd wear it as often as she could
Proudly showing off her boyfriend when no one knew it was him
Acting like the biggest fangirl in the world and Tucker loves it!
(They'll probably do so much foreplay where he dresses up in his Spiderman suit and pretends to save her) What? Who said that?
She'll go as Spiderman for Halloween just because she thinks it's funny
When he's out and saving the city she couldn't look at it
Throwing it into the furthest corner in her closet and cursing herself for ever being so happy about it when he stumbles into her bedroom bleeding and bruised
