I’ve been asked how to customize the templates I used to create my I Love My __ agere self ship hearts, so I decided to create a tutorial to share with you all! Forgive me if this tutorial is confusing, I don’t make guides like this very often. To do this, I’ll be using the IbisPaint X app.

Click the paintbrush tool to open up the tools menu, and select ‘text’. Press anywhere on the screen to add text.

Press ‘font’ to change the font style. The font used is cooper black. I already have it downloaded to my list of fonts on IbisPaint X, but if you don’t have it, click ‘+’ and search for ‘cooper black font download’ as shown.

To change the text color, click ‘style’. The hexcode for the color is #EE7ACA and can be changed by tapping on the ‘wheel’ option, then clicking the hexcode.

Now for the outline. Before you proceed, the app will ask if you wish to continue as the text will need for be rasterized. Click yes. Press the paintbrush tool to reopen the tool menu, then select FX filter. We will be using the ‘stroke (both)’ effect. The outer width is 15px and the hexcode is #60298A.

Move your text around wherever you want. Once you’re done, click the underlined ‘down’ key on the side bar to combine the text with your image and the ‘down’ key on the bottom to save.
