i don’t know how active you are here , but i’ve been really into puppet history for the past year or so now ( rapidly approaching 2 years ) , and i just recently discovered your art via instagram and i absolutely ADOREEEEE it sososo much !!!

anyhow , i just thought i should ask: would it be okay if i were to use your art for pfps/playlist covers/MAYBE an edit/things of that nature with credit ? i don’t make any money off it or anything like that , it’s purely for funsies .

Currently haven’t drawn much puppet history art lately (which is sad cuz I still love the show), but here are some doodles I made months ago since you really like my fanart :)

At least 75% of pt 3 has been finished. Not sure when it’ll come out, but hopefully in the next 2 months or so (don’t guarantee that.)

After this is all done, I’ll likely take a break from the series for a little while since this has been the most time consuming video thus far :’D and I really haven’t been able to draw or make anything that wasn’t solely dedicated to this project, so it’d be a good change of pace for me to do something else. Perhaps the break could even allow me to better plan for the upcoming parts of the series (heck, even a rewatch of the movie considering it’s been a good while since I’ve seen it.)

Something to think about I suppose. For your patience, here’s a frame I’ve made in the series that I’ll share with you :)

Thank you qwq After the first part was released, I had decided to put more effort into the animatic’s quality (cuz although they’re meant to be sketched out projects, they should at least look nice considering I don’t plan on fully animating it.)

So if you haven’t already noticed, my ‘electric dreams but it’s painter’ series hasnt updated for over 3-4 months now. I haven’t given up on the project, but I’ve become much more busier since my last update. 

Because of this, I’ve been thinking of splitting the animatic into two parts instead of just one, but only if you guys want that.

A random doodle I made today while thinking about how even if they were to escape, Sebastian and Painter don’t really have much of a life to return to on the surface. Anyone that they wish to see are either dead or have moved on from them. Sebastian is also too heavily mutated to really have a place in society anymore which will be another thing he’ll have to struggle with.

In case anyone is wondering, I’m still working on the next part. The animatic is just taking a lot longer than previously anticipated (albeit, this makes sense as the length of this video is 2x longer than the first part). In the meantime, here’s a sneak peek into what I’m working on ^^

Idk if any of this would ever happen in canon, but it would be interesting to know if Sebastian would pay any attention to Painter (or at the very least, be able to considering the situation.)

If all goes well, I am planning on doing more scenes from the film with Painter in future :) so hopefully another part will come out sometime soon (idk when. We’ll see)
