a hand lifts to push several strands of red behind her ear and then ivy’s rolling her eyes at him as if to brush him off ( but that doesn’t work very well ). hands flex before they roll into fists and she purses her lips, tongue sliding out over them just as she replies “accurate as it may be, you’ve yet to discover how fun i really am.”

she’s confused -- but amused, nonetheless. fingers twitch and she shakes her head, unable to resist the smile that works it’s way into her features, “what kind of nickname is that?” 

“Don’t lie to yourself.”

“ -- .. -- anyways. what are you here for?” 

“mm. that’s nice and all, but have you seen him dance. the boy’s got moves.”

“okay. okay. fine. right. that is true. but what does dancing have to do with anything?” 

“It is, actually. I thought it would look a lot better on me than it does on you … and would you look at that? I was right.”

“i was planning on throwing it away, anyway. so.”
