The sounds of a party in full swing surround them. Sionis’s words are slurred, he’s had a bit too much tonight- as was his usual ritual at these sort of gatherings. Get drunk enough and no one will bother you, usually works out pretty well.  Never took Ivy to be much of a drinker- was she even drinking? Bah, who cares! His inhibitions are low enough that he’d try making casual conversation with Poison Ivy- so he does.

And, against the odds she smiles and he’s laughing. Showing off to her the fact that- contrary to popular belief, he does indeed have a mouth under the mask. It’s jaw extends down, revealing fully formed if not slightly burned lips. 

What comes next if, on his part incredibly stupid- although, Black Mask has never been known to put too much effort into his own self preservation- and being poisoned while stealing a kiss from the redhead next to him doesn’t seem like that bad of a way to go... in theory.
