i like to think that she got put in the same divination class as albus, and they basically just gossiped the entire semester. then albus played matchmaker with her and james lol.

until finally teddy bursts out laughing really nervously and practically shouts "nope! that's literally the weirdest thing i've ever heard. i don't think anyone's ever felt that way... haha... like ever. what are you even talking about!" while sweating profusely

like mike's hair is such an interesting part of his characterization and the fact that he cut his hair for the finale is, whether the writers realized it or not, relevant. mike grows out his hair as he gets more comfortable being "weird" (his hair is at its longest when he's an active member of the hellfire club), but cuts it at the end of the series, symbolizing that he's accepted his fate.
