Iâve been replaying acts 5+6 of isat the last few days, I got the isat bug back in my head (as if it ever left), and discovered I had a save at the start of act 5 that allowed me to do so.
Apparently, in this save, I had done the requirements for twohats. Which was such a joyous and shocking discovery that I screamed. I havenât played isat in a very long time, only going on to do a fight or two every now and then in a random save file. And Iâve never seen the jelloapocalypse videos other than the loop fight. So needless to say I did not remember the final scene at the favour tree being different for the different endings.
So I go over, get disappointed that I donât have a save with the loop fight, and walk back to the party.

Anyway, that wasnât the point of this post.
The point of this post was their conversation after the fight.
I love seeing peopleâs theories about what happened to loop, even the ones they themself listed. And I was thinking back on it just now and I had the devastating thought of âwhat if loop got sent to another siffrinâs timeloop instead.â
I know that the same timeline just keeps getting reset, iirc. So I guess this wouldnât make much sense. But if loop existed originally, wouldnât that mean theyâre from an alternate timeline? Or, was the timeline just super reset after their wish, since it needed a new siffrin?
In the small chance that thereâs always a timeline with siffrin being in a timeloop, I am now sad to think that maybe loop got sent there instead of being freed. And in the event I need more angst than this fandom already provides, I will have food for that thought.
Itâs not a thought Iâm really going to put much interest in, nor do I put much belief into this theory; it was just kinda fun to think about, but I wanted to share it. See if anyone else had a similar thought at some point. Or if anyone wanted some free angst to think about
