I'm using this time of isolation as an excuse to bake and eat all the carbs. I'm working from home right now so I'm not really leaving the house. My kids are also out of school until May right now. So I have some time to fill.

Y'all I was so excited about this book. It was the biggest let down. It is awful. Absolutely awful. I'm on chapter 22 and I can't find the will to give a fuck about any of the characters or the storyline. If she describes how hot the main character is again I'm going to explode. I don't give a fuck. I don't care that apparently she is perfect and has red hair. I don't give a fuck.

I'm also only 30% done. Barely over a quarter of the way done and because she talks in detail about this girls red hair so much I already hate the main character.

This book is everything that is wrong with urban fantasy. I hate it. Actually hate it. I am so mad at myself for preordering both a physical and electronic copy of this book. I want to throw them both out.
