Had an awesome workout with my current @superkickd nemesis @the_lachkey_kid, AKA: Gabriel Glitter. Girl, he was telling me he had a hard time growing arms, so I taught him some pipe-bursting science. Seriously, it was all about moment-arms and how to control lines of force in order to increase overall tension of a motion. Y'know, I'll show it to you person, it's super hard to describe just as text without including diagrams here, and quite frankly it's one of those things that you'll feel better rather than see. Hunny.

Oh what's that? A record I set? Ten back-and-forths with 225lbs in the shortest time, of 1:55. Come at me @superkickd! I may not have the best cardio but it turns out I am a huskular Queen for a reason. But seriously that shit does murder on your palms, lower back, and hammies. Kudos to everyone on their times. We are only gonna get better. ARARARARA!
