Y'all if you ever get a chance to eat dry aged samgyeopsal…do itttt. It’s crazy delicious. Like regular samgyeopsal is already great but the dry aging and the rub they use on this is so damn good and it makes it so crispy and wonderful. They most probably have it elsewhere too but this particular place at 수색 이마트 (next to DMC station exit 6)- 착한 우리 is where I’ve tried it. They’re apparently more well known for their 무한리필 한우 but the 숙성삼겹살 is very worth checking out.

Today I blew off all my work plans to enjoy the perfect fall day. I spent the morning bumming around drinking tea and attempting to get my work done, but I couldn't make any real headway. Then I joined some friends who were going to the mountain fortress in Cheongju. And now I'm going drink chammomile tea and read Tana French.

I am happy that I went out and did some non-work related stuff, but I also feel like I made my work week that much more horrible because I'll have a few extra hours of work each day. I need to stop thinking this way!
