losing interest in everything, feeling listless and completely unmotivated

i just want to sleep away my anxieties

but i can't, bc that's not how life works. i just have to power through it, get all my shit done, hope everything stays okay, make plans for if it doesn't. i hate feeling this way bc i know there's nothing i can do about getting depressed or having a panic attack. it's a wave. it's a force and unless i want to start self-medicating again, i just deal with it. go to class, go to work, do my best, and then feel better later. everyone has bad days, right?
