I love my husband so much. He’s perfect for me.

My anxiety can feel like my own body is a jail. My rib cages constrain me and it gets hard to breath on auto mode. My mind is running over 100 mph, like a hurricane of thoughts, to a point my body is not a big enough vessel to contain it all and it feels like I’m suffocating.
