Be patient with everyone and yourself. People will often not run at the same pace as you or even on the same track as you. Take the time to understand them, and try to view the situation from their end. Pause for a moment before offering a reaction. You, yourself may not be operating at your ideal pace - take the time to decipher why. Give yourself and others time. Everyone deserves their own space and clock.

Put your health first. Listen to your body and take the necessary steps to prevent issues from recurring or worsening. Find the time to prioritize your mental, spiritual, and physical health.

Challenge your own thinking. You are not always right; you will never always be right. Learn from those in your life. Absorb the good from others and expel the bad. Unlearn incorrect and toxic thinking, and question yourself more often.

Start journaling in the morning. (This will only happen if you take the time to sleep on time and wake up early). So, in other words…wake up early
