Loveee that hospitals cant even fucking pay their nurses (let alone the rest of the hospital staff) to get a hotel room so they can GUARANTEE THEY GET TO WORK IN A LEGIT SNOW STORM... FOR THEM AND THE PATIENTS...

And guess what? No reimbursement either! Yet they'd be the first ones to penalize the nurse for not being able to come in. And they dont care that much about our safety or they would definitely be paying for a hotel for their staff.

And keep in mind they cant even guaranteed a spot IN THE HOSPITAL for staff in an emergency. Another reason why its crazy they dont pay.

Its really the craziest thing...

Pray for me this weekend! I wish me luck that I dont burn every cent in my pocket now that I gotta get a hotel. >.<

You know... it's really crazy to me how there are some people in this world that genuinely have life long friends like multiples at that.... like friends where they mutually support each other.... friends where they can talk about anything... can ask them for anything..... AND THEY HAVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH SOMEONE THEY CAN CALL THEM THEIR BEST FRIEND

Like, and then there's me, where I'm luckily to have a handful of friendships that aren't one-sided or require me to initiate all the time... but even those... not a one I could feel comfortable putting as like an emergency contact... they either live too far or have too much going on... and then one I think will stay, fade away for one reason or another... I feel like i end up just being an inconvenience and bothersome... why can I never get the support i try to give?

And of course I don't have that person i can call my best friend either....

Sometimes I wonder if i just... had done certain things in my life different.... what could have changed... could I be happier?

I do all these things and I try to make new things happen in my life... but really nothing changes....
