I know they look cool but lab coats don't mix with beaches. 👩🏽‍🔬👙🏝 I stand with the women surgeons who were unfairly profiled in the #journalofvascularsurgery for wearing bathing suits, among other perfectly normal things. Being scrutinized for your attire is far too common an experience for women across the globe; and those of us in the medical profession are no strangers to it either. I sincerely hope that both the journal and the people behind the "study" have learned a tremendous lesson about respecting women and focusing on what truly matters!
