The trailer opens with Hayden driving at night:

She comes to a stop and her headlights flicker before going out completely, signaling that her car died and she naturally seems upset: 

She tries to start her car, but it won’t work and we see the doctors walking towards her (also note that the street light flickers as they pass):

Then the doors suddenly lock and she can’t get them open:

We hear her scream, the screen cuts to black, and we here Valack’s voice-over: 

VALACK: They’re here, aren’t they? 

Then we see a shot of the biology classroom:

and the lights are flickering, of course. 

We get a creepy shot of the school hallway as Valack’s voice-over continues:

VALACK: The dread doctors. 

Then we hear the voice-over say:

VALACK: Want to know how many died the last time they came here? 

As we see one of the doctors enter a classroom:

Then it flickers a little bit and we see sheriff staring at his board in his office:

He’s looking at a picture of the new character Lucas (played by Eddie Ramos) who will only appear in 5x04 and thus probably dies. 

Tracy’s photo is next to Lucas’s and we see sheriff cross her out:
