I am thrilled to finally share my latest project with you: New Mexico, a custom neighborhood heavily inspired by the worlds of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.

Step into a sun-scorched desert landscape where the laws are relative, and every Sim has a secret to hide. Experience everything from the high-stakes drama of the criminal underworld to quiet, yet suspicious, suburban lives.

🔍 What’s the Story?

The neighborhood is built around a central mystery involving the Gardeners' Club—a powerful organization rumored to be behind the strange disappearances of local teenagers. Between a corrupt Mayor, a fierce dietary war (chicken vs. vegetables!), and shady business deals, you’ll find plenty of drama to explore.

The White Family: Walter, a brilliant but frustrated chemistry teacher, and his family.

The Salamanca Family: Led by uncle Hector, this ruthless clan controls the local "oregano" market.

The Schraders: Meet a tough DEA agent with a passion for minerals and his purple-obsessed wife.

The Pinkmans: Their rebellious son is desperately trying to escape his parents' strict expectations.

Saul Goodman: Albuquerque's most colorful lawyer who always has a "plan."

Features: Each Sim has a unique biography and a carefully crafted memory log to tell their story from the moment you start playing.

Expanded Sim Sliders

Named similarly to Expanded Sliders for Pets as that mod is what made me realize this was possible, and looking inside that mod is how I figured out what to do to make the same thing for sims

There's 3 versions, you can only use 1 at a time. It comes in 10-times intensity, 25-times intensity, and 50-times intensity.

NOTE: Some sliders will appear to be duplicated when using this mod, for example there will be 2 Eye Size sliders. That's because I made the XFMDs apply to all ages, whereas originally some sliders have multiple XFMDs that apply to different age groups. If I didn't condense down the XFMDs there would be 144 of them to individually edit, so I wouldn't have made 3 versions if I left it that way lol.

It's kind of an unintentional win though, because then you can actually use both the modded intensity version of the Eye Size slider as well as the original normal version of the Eye Size slider at the same time.

If ever you struggled with how to hide the necessary pool tile for the sea/pond water mod? I have, and so has my friend @ladyvondolladay. She had an idea, and I made it a reality.

I present to you — the terrain rug. A two poly sheet with terrain paint textures that you can slap over your pool tile and hide it completely. Thank you @picknmixsims for sharing the shader info I needed to make the texture actually blend in this perfectly!

There are recolors to match all 30 maxis terrains, swatch folder is included. I chose to only do full strength, as the combinations quickly get out of hand otherwise. If you are interested in making your own recolors to match custom terrains or common blends you use, I'll include an explanation of how I did it under the cut.

You'll find it in deco/rugs, it costs nothing. 2 poly, textures are 256x256.

**You could still use the taxi, but I would recommend sticking to one transportation for your sims when traveling, since the bus use the same coding system as the taxi.***

Ex: You select taxi going to the community lot, leave on the bus and come back in a taxi if you select traveling with taxi first and vice versa ( if you like playing like that)

Many of y'all know that unfortunately Chris Hatch could add very weird or uncomfortable features and recolors to his mods, as amazing as his work is, I have to call it out. Even though, this feature is not "weird" in itself, which is allowing sims to lounge on benches/couches, but the lounge feature is only available for teen-adult female sims when they're wearing a swimsuit

If you are a coder, you are welcome to edit this part of the mod ( lets me know and I will reupload it with your edit and give credit), even though this feature is not inherently problematic (I actually love the lounge features for lazy sims, I think this feature would be great for homeless sims or tried sims coming from work etc.…), but the intentions behind it is creepy and his note about it are creepy too, just to warming people when downloading.

Not officially coming out of my hiatus, but I've had these sitting in my drafts for months and today I'm getting them out to you.

These will be my retextures/colors that I'll be using for the foreseeable future, when I feel ready to come back to creating. I'm calling it Max(ish).

Ok so... I was requested to convert this set 4t2, but I after some time noticed that it was already converted. Technically, the request doesn't need to be fulfilled, right? But I still wanted to make some mesh edits. And here it is! 4t2 conversion by @kurimas, you can get his version and see the swatches here, and original meshes for TS4 by Miiko, you can get it here.

What I did: changed hands and legs for Maxis, added fat morph (also tried to add pregnant morph, but it looked awful in any version), shoeswapped home slippers to the wedges, converted top and shorts with wedges for teens and made standalone and repo versions for teen recolors.

Custom Flower Arrangements!

Excuse my horrid preview pictures, it will happen again. But, after pulling my hair out, forgetting about it for like a month and then pulling my hair out some more, I have finished them: @tvickiesims OFB 4t2 Default Flower Bouquets made into custom craftables!

Meaning you can have different defaults and these at the same time! More options! They will unlock at the same badges as the originals, have the same crafting cost (i fixed the difference in the first image after taking it and was too lazy to take a new one) and sale prices and the Snapdragon Bouquet also does the mood boosting things the original does!

There is a main which makes the custom craftables possible, but if you only want a few you can pick and choose the bouquets and recolours as you wish.

Conflicts: This will conflict with anything that edits the "Interaction - Make One and Make Many TEST" BHAV (had to up a number in there to get more than 10 craftable options) as well as the "Craft Obj - GUIDS" and "Crafting - Craftable Object Types" BCONs

Berlin Jacket + Jolene Skirt Mashup

I love the periwinkle-beige blueprint swatch for this outfit! 😍 It's @kurimas' 4t2 Sentate Berlin Jacket and Jolene Skirt, combined into one full-body outfit - with Maxis hands. I also edited the boots a little so they more plausibly fit sim feet. AF only, all morphs.

CU-EU Simlish MCR Shirts

Remake of a 9-year-old (!!) set I posted in 2017. With that much hindsight, I know a lot more about creating CC than I did back then, so I really did have to 100% remake it from scratch because that was just easier than trying to salvage the originals lol

I also included every possible age conversion (meshes are included), whereas the originals were adult sims only. All ages/genders are repositoried to AF, so the AF files are required for the textures to appear on the rest.

Another thing is that transparent PNG versions of all the graphics I edited/created in order to make these shirts are included inside the .zip folder. So if you have other ideas for where to put them, they're ready to go.
