BLOOD ATONEMENT.

   polished boots ‘pon worn floorboards, producing deafening creeks that ricochet off empty walls. they remind him of the death shrieks of a soldier before their untimely demise in the strange   &.   unforgiving maw of a titan. these days, anything, or rather   EVERYTHING,   seemed to trigger these disturbing memories. had he been a weaker willed man, perhaps he’d have quit, gone to live with his tainted mind in the middle of the country. in someways, that seemed a dream, leaving this life for peace. however, he had his own mission to fulfill.

   suddenly, he found himself stood before an oak door, worn as well. he knew who resided there, a much shorter man with an even shorter patience. his first trip beyond the solid   &.   protective walls only to come back without those he held dearest, victims swallowed, just like the ones he had had seen,   &.   what more, at erwins request had they joined. this couldn’t be a good idea,  but erwin still raised a single fist, knocking at levi’s door with little hesitance. countenance calm, even soft in it’s own way, he speaks sternly but with a touch of tenderness.
