Do tumblr webpages still exist?

Like I remember old tumblr having blog pages- not the ones we have now which is mostly for mobile use or framework. We used to have actual webpage designs, either ones we can choose or we ourselves can go into the code and change them however we wanted.

I’m mostly asking this cuz I’ve notice my account doesn’t have that feature, like I don’t see the webpage anymore (like an option). Is it only a functioning feature for old accounts now? Or has the whole webpage thing been internally removed from all accounts or just new ones?

I’m also asking this cuz I thought it’ll be cool to get my groove back again with coding on tumblr since I remember all the cool blog webpages from the early 2000s with cool mouse cursors and effects- idk I guess I thought I’ll be cool to tinker around since I got back into coding and wanted to mess around with my webpage lol
