“Well, I do what I can to help,” replied Zed, following after the asari as she signaled him to do so. The whole place was a damn mess. He shook his head, disappointed that he never had the chance to the see shop before the attack. To see all the interesting books he might’ve been able to read, or at least glance a few pages through.

“Sure, I can lift the shelves for you no problem.” Without hesitation, he walked himself over to a downed shelf. With a grunt, he raised the shelf up to its standing position and dusted off his hands.

“Easy.”

"Hah!" she uttered, giving him a big grin, "Should've done this a long time ago! Those shelves have been giving me more trouble than they're worth for a good while now." After a quick scan of the now open area, she quickly began picking up anything that looked remotely salvageable, placing them in an empty box she fished out with her foot.

"You said you had helped rebuild the Citadel before?" she began, occasionally glancing away from the books to look at the krogan. "You came here after the geth attacks, I assume?"
