A quiet day for walking. I’m really happy with the colours my camera took with this picture, but because I’m on a hill and the land is therefore sloping, the picture feels a bit wonky to me, even if (I hope) it’s technically not.

This is my friend’s bunny Schmoo. She is lovely and wonderful, loves grapes and enjoys flopping on the marble fireplace on hot days. and I really did not have the right lens with me for her as she was running around and fidgeting. The narrow depth of field was really working against me in this instance

A gentle owl ornament. I’m really happy with this picture, but I should really have moved the picture frame out of shot so it wasn’t distracting from the owl.

Model of the Forth Railway Bridge (1890). The focus is slightly in the wrong place and it’s not very well separated from the background, but I’m quite pleased with this picture.

Meet Chester; he was at a birthday party and he was the sweetest dog ever and gave a lot of affectionate licks.
