MY SKINNY HACKS (pre recovery 108 lbs at 5’9 or 15.9 bmi) btw lost this weight (140 to 108) in three months
my absolute favorite is mushroom noodles. i ate this every day while i was 108 lbs and 5’9. Pick up a pack of mushroom noodles. One full pack (which is the size of a large spaghetti bowl) is only 100 calories. Warm them up on the stove in boiling water like ramen. Add zero calorie seasoning or blend up warm tomatoes and pour it on top. Should be under 200 calories
2. for me, half of my hunger was boredom or my mind dwelling. So trick your mind. I made super unhealthy snack dishes and just gave them to my brother. Intricate cooking will distract you.
3. If you are starving do not binge on any sort of bread or even vegetables. Do soup. Light soup like tomato or even chicken noodle. Anything in a can bc it’s easy to track calories while taking a long time to eat. Plus they tend to fill you up fast with small amounts of calories.
4. if you’re out for dinner with family GENUINELY USE THE CASSIE METHOD of cutting things up and pushing them around, putting things to your mouth then talking so you can put them down. This might not work for you but also order some thing you know looks gross so you’re parents are like “okay that’s gross don’t eat it”.
5. pain in the body (stepping on your toe or pinching yourself) will stop the hunger for a moment
6. CHUG WARM COFFEE OR TEA!!!!
