OOC | Rick & Jesse
JESSSSSEEEEEEE I just hurt so much rn for him lkadjfkldsjalkjfkldjsaklfjkjsad OK ANYWAY. So does Rick, in his way. YOU HAVE SO MUCH POTENTIAL, KID, BUT YOU’RE ON A BAD PATH. IT’S NOT TOO LATE TO TURN IT AROUND. RICK BELIEVES IN YOU. = the jist of everything Rick says to him
DYING AND CRYING B/C THIS RELATIONSHIP NOOO OKAY. So like I think that Jesse, as a kid, would just kinda roll his eyes and be like "yo, why do you care?" And basically be like ~no to everything Rick says b/c ~cops. But I think as he gets older and like is more and more isolated from everyone and has like ZERO GOOD RELATIONSHIPS OKAY LIKE HIS MOST SUPPORTIVE THING IS LIKE THIS REALLY MESSED UP RELATIONSHIP WITH MR. WHITE AND NOOOOO. Like, I think he'd be like "whoa this guy isn't bullshitting me" like I feel like he'd really respect Rick and want to make his proud, weirdly, but at the same time when he realizes this he's so much deeper into all of this than he realized and he can't just get out and I'M GOING TO GO JUMP OFF A CLIFF NOW.Â
Crystal Blue Persuasion | Gold & Jesse
Luke’s diner wasn’t a spot heavily frequented by Mr. Gold.  It was the sort of spot he would venture into in search of a debtor who had been avoiding him, or simply to make his presence known every once in awhile when he suspected someone might be up to something he didn’t particularly fancy.
It seemed to him that Luke’s was an unpleasant kind of place: full of grease, irritating chatter, and a pointedly surly owner.  Gold, for one, had no need of such pastimes.  Afterall, he was perfectly capable of cooking for himself…or not, if he pleased.  He was, afterall, immortal.
In any case, the palpable delight of the buffoon who’d arranged the meeting in this locale had only contributed to his ill humor in the necessity of this meeting.  Nonetheless, if Gold meant to bring magic back, he would require certain…ingredients and he meant to have them instantly at his disposal the very instant magic became relevant.  It was this need, prevailing over his own personal distaste, that had driven him to this.  He’d anticipated that the sacred, secretive nature of this would be respected.  So it was that Gold had assumed that this…Beaver…Buffalo…(whatever animal it was) meant to meet him, himself.
Stepping inside, Gold cast his gaze quickly around himself and, with a quiet snarl, realized he was not there. Â The idiot had most likely gotten the time wrong, he realized, with all his usual disdain.
It wasn’t until Gold heard a hiss that he turned to look.  Having, some time ago, made it his business to be familiar with all the individuals populating this incendiary little town, Gold recognized Jesse Pinkman - reprobate.  He’d never paid close attention to Jesse assuming, like Jesse’s own family, that he would never amount to anything.  How was it that a boy like that had gotten himself thrust into the world of magic?  Nonetheless, Gold wasn’t about to question this.
"Business?" he responded, through clenched teeth, irritation sparkling unconcealed in his face.  Now two people knew.  Gold silently promised to limit his further dealings with the buffoon creature.  Apparently, he had a habit of talking.  Afterall, Gold had certainly observed these two together.  If nothing else, Jesse Pinkman at least appeared to have a good brain on his shoulders, if he ever bothered to actually apply it.  In any case, however, Gold wished to be sure.  Afterall, what he was doing was far more furtive than even what Jesse was doing (at least in Gold’s own mind magic > drugs), truth be told, given that Gold meant to change the entire course of the future.  "What manner of business would you care to discuss?”
Mr. Gold was no stranger to Jesse. He wasn't a stranger to anyone in this town. You knew who he was and he knew who you were. And if you were smart, you kept your head down and stayed clear.
Still, Gold seemed surprised to see Jesse. He had seen that look enough to know what it meant; although he rarely saw it when selling drugs. It was clear that Mr. Gold wasn't expecting to see someone like him as his provider. Perhaps he had heard how pure the chemistry was and if Badger had said that he was meeting the cook, himself, he would have expected someone else. He could tell that when Gold looked at him, all he saw was a no-good druggie who had no business with someone like him.
Jesse leaned in closer.
"Hey, do I have to spell it out for you?" He said, in a loud whisper, "I got your ... stuff .... " He paused looking over his shoulder to make sure Luke wasn't hanging nearby, "Your crystal, okay."
He paused, watching Luke go back into the kitchen, "You've got the money? It's 175 for a teenth so this'll set you back about 250 big ones."

Bates Motel | Claire & Jesse
Claire giggled softly at his reminiscence upon Hitchcock.  ”That’s the one.  I was flinching every time I saw a bird there for awhile, after I saw that movie,” she admitted.
She watched him when he turned to look back towards the motel, almost suspicious, her eyes following his towards the office.  She didn’t see anyone and, when he turned back, there was something conspiratorial about his entire attitude.  Leaning forward to hear him better, she listened carefully.
"The Independence Inn?" she repeated with a soft smile, nodding.  "That sounds perfect.  Thank you!"  For some reason, she’d lowered her voice as well without realizing it.  Despite trying to keep her voice down, her cheerfulness at the prospect showed through.  "Oh, okay," she said, nodding when he mentioned about the owner of the Bates Motel.  "I’d definitely try to steer clear, then."
Claire was on the verge of turning to leave, when she suddenly turned back to him.  ”Can I ask you a weird question?” she asked.  ”Really weird, actually,” she said with a self-directed laugh as she looked down towards the ground.  She felt abruptly self-conscious, as if what she was about to say might somehow condemn her, as if saying it out loud in this place somehow made it a choice from which there could be no turning back.  ”In your opinion…Are there a lot of good people in this town, that might make good parents?  Would-would this be a good place to raise a baby?”  Finally, she turned her eyes back to him, watching him carefully for an answer.  Part of her wanted him to say she should leave immediately.  It seemed terribly permanent, now that she was in the place where she meant to give up her baby…
It was an odd question to ask a stranger, but she had been so sure when she’d come here…and her resolve was admittedly a bit shaken, now.  She was reserving her own judgment but she wanted someone else’s and he definitely struck her as a local, even if not necessarily a dad type, he did seem to at least care.  But Claire was an open kind of person and she valued everyone’s opinion, even if she kept her own counsel.
'Yeah, my aunt was the worst. Like she wouldn't even go out on the beach like fifty years later, because she was terrified of the seagulls.” It still hurt to talk about his aunt: she had been the one of the few people in Jesse's life who ever thought he was worth something. Her illness had been both a blessing and a curse, because Jesse had finally been able to find that out for himself.Â
Jesse wasn’t sure how to answer that question. The truth was, he didn’t exactly associate with any parents of the year. If you looked at his friends, you wouldn’t want kids hanging around any of them. But that didn’t mean that there weren’t great parents out there, too. He immediately thought of Mr. White who was willing to go so far as to cook crystal meth to leave something for his family after he was gone.Â
"This place? I mean, I think it’s pretty much like anywhere else. It’s not perfect, but hey, where is? But basically, I think we do alright here. Gotta pretty decent school system - the teachers really care even about the screwups like me," He said, smirking, "Plus if the kid's smart, Chilton's supposed to be the bomb. Like get into Harvard good." He paused, "A lot of the rich people have sticks up their asses or like totally insane - like don't go within an inch of anyone with the last name Bluth - but the middle class is good. There's a lot of hardworking, decent people here. I think it'd be a great place to raise a kid."
He didn't understand why she was asking - he thought it was merely to reaffirm that this was a good place for her to raise her child and the question about people here being good parents, probably related to what kind of kids her's would grow up around. And while he never fit into the world of his parents, he felt that they were good people who were burdened with a problem child and this young woman were to settle down in a nice house in a good part of town, that she'd truly have a good life here.Â
Crystal Blue Persuasion | Gold & Jesse
"This guy will blow your mind, man," Badger said, "For real, yo. Like he's one of those real uptight guys with a huge stick up his ass, but man, he likes to party. He's also totally loaded, like he'll throw down some serious cheddar for this stuff. Just up the price like 1G per pound and he won't even notice. It's like money just grows on trees for this guy."
"Alright, bitch!" Jesse replied, "So where do I find this guy? Where does he want to meet?"
"He said the corner dinner, the one with the guy who doesn't believe in the future."
"What?"
"You know the one that bans cellphones and iPods and everything that was invented after 1962. C'mon, you know the guy who owns like one shirt."
"Oh, you mean Luke's."
"Yeah, that one. Anyway, this guy will be there at 11:30 in a booth by himself. Apparently he's mega obsessed with that Tarantino movie and goes by a color name. Like Brown or White or ... something."
"Like ... Gold?" Jesse didn't know Mr. Gold, but he definitely knew who he was. And while Badger was describing someone who you wouldn't think would be involved in drugs, he definitely didn't picture Gold as someone who, even on the weekends, let loose and party hard with some crystal blue. But who was he to deny him?
Jesse was sitting at one of the back booths at Luke's. It wasn't until 2:30 that Gold actually showed up (Jesse only waited the extra time because of the huge amount of crystal he had on him - he wanted to dump and go - plus he wasn't about to upset Gold, either).Â
Gold seemed to be looking for someone, but his eyes passed quickly over Jesse as if he didn't even register his presence. Jesse wondered if Gold was knew at this, because he doubted that the other two customers in  here - a mother with two toddlers and that geeky paper salesman - were dealing drugs.
Repressing a roll of the eyes, Jesse said in a loud whisper, "Yo, Mr. Gold." Once he had his attention he wasn't sure he wanted it - this guy had a pretty intimidating stare, "Uh, hey, I, uh, thought we could, uh, talk some business."Â
Im just on my phone so I can't reblogs but that for Jesse/gold sounds perf!!!!
Awesome!! So do you think we’re ready to start them?? Should we start w/ their actual first meeting or after he sees him with Claire?? I’m down for either. :D

OOC | Gold & Jesse
THAT GIF OMG AM I LAUGHING AM I CRYING AHHHHHHH
I think we’d said, a long time ago, that - like Sam and Dean - Rumple thought that Jesse was a dealer of ~goods (because he is…but Rumple was thinking magical goods) and trouble ensued basically.  Idk if that’d be before, after, or during the cane episode though?????
I mean, I feel like they’ve both been in the same town for awhile, so they’ve probs seen each other around, at least, but beyond that, idk?????
Hmm, okay so maybe the whole ~dealer of goods thing comes first? And that is basically their first introduction into each other and they are both like ~wow this guy. And then later Gold sees him with Claire and is just like HELL NO. Thoughts?????
OOC | Gold & Jesse
~WHACK
~Also do you think before the whole Belle/Claire mix-up that Jesse and Gold had ever really crossed paths?
Remember peekaboo? Keep your eyes closed. You keep them closed, just like that. It’s okay, we’re going to be okay.
OOC | Dean & Jesse
*wails and rocks on the floor*  THE TWO FANDOMS YOU’VE BROUGHT ME INTO MEET AT THE BATES MOTEL /DEAD
OMG but for reals where do we even start with these two????  Like AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!  Because like their personalities idek but I’m dying over here???  Like I feel like on one level they’d totes understand each other and be like OMG YOU’RE AWESOME and on another level they’d just look at each other all like WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU, MAN like idek.  HAHAHA  Thoughts?  Oh!  But for meetings…I imagine it’s at the Bates Motel, as I said, since they both kinda ~loiter there?  HAHAHA
ALSKJDFLKASJD;LAKJSDFLKJ OKAY JUST THE FACT THAT WE CAN COMBINE TWO OF MY FAVORITE FANDOMS ON THE LOCATION OF ANOTHER JUST MAKES ME SOOO HAPPY LIKE ALKDJFLKAJ;ALSJDFLJ
Also, idek know about these two either?? Like I can see it going either way b/c ~wow. I really think it depends how they meet each other/what kind of weird things they are both up to (bc they both are up to weird things a lot haha). Oh! Didn't you have an idea where Dean was thinking he was meeting some hunter and Jesse thought he was meeting a client or distributor or something and like they are both just really confused  and like "wait, what?????" when they realize that they are not who they thought, haha. Like Dean will be like "oh, you are a drug dealer" and Jesse will be like, "oh, you are psycho." ;DDDD

Bates Motel | Claire & Jesse
Claire’s bright blue eyes danced with merriment.  She laughed when he mentioned the flickering sign.  ”It does look like something out of a Hitchcock film,” she admitted, scrunching up her nose in amusement.  ”I’m sure it’s a wonderful town, though,” she added, earnestly.  ”I’ve heard wonderful things.”  Afterall, her psychic wouldn’t send her hear with promises of the perfect family for her baby if it were anything less…would he?
She was surprised, at first, by his question, her brows furrowing for a moment before she smiled, again, understanding his question a little better.  Smirking, she laughed softly when he asked if she was indeed pregnant.  ”Yes,” she assured him.  ”I am definitely pregnant.”  Very pregnant, as a matter of fact.  It was kind of hard to miss.  ”And, um, thank you,” she added.  ”I appreciate it.” Â
Claire paused before setting her blue eyes on his.  ”Um, if you don’t mind…Where should I go?”  It struck her as a pathetic question but she tried to push that away with a cheerful smile.
Jesse's brow furrowed for a second; the name sounded familiar but it couldn't place it immediately. "Oh right, that's the guy who did the weird movies with the birds? Scared me for two weeks straight when I was a kid."Â
He looked over his shoulder quickly at the office, where Norma Bates was busy at work. She hadn't peered out the window at the newcomer yet, at least from what Jesse could see, but he was sure she'd be out in a moment to pounce on a potential customers and if that happened, than Claire would have a hard time getting away. Norma could be pretty persuasive when she wanted to be and honestly, there was something about her that kinda scared Jesse and he had met some crazy people.Â
Taking another step closer to her, he said in a low voice, "Hey, I'd hit up the Independence Inn. It's like two minutes away and closer to town. And, uh, the people there are pretty friendly. It's just, uh, well the lady that runs this can be a total bitch.Â
