instead of engaging in a community online safely (which 99% of minors in this community do), they should be under the purview of their parents. they acknowledge regression as a coping mechanism for abuse, but ignore that parents are the perpetrators in more than half of all cases of any sort of child abuse/exploitation.

i might have seen a different post than the one you debunked, and don’t want to go back to their blog because to heavily triggered me, so sorry if my wording is a little vague and confusing. but i hate when people try to hide their reactionary and conservative takes behind progressive language. oh yes, the mentally ill and abused people are evil and stupid and abusing minors and themselves by not doing something within the extremely narrow boundaries they deem acceptable /s. the solution to this is to restrict the self expression of minors and imply adults are groomers for merely existing in a similar space to them.
