          “Not until tomorrow,” He responds, lifting his hands to rest them      behind his head, “But we’re all hanging out up here today anyway just      to get a feel for the competition. That, and team RWBY fought earlier,      so we didn’t wanna miss it. You think we might end up facing off?”

- “ You did great, Banana Bread. Sometimes I remember why I’m proud to be on your team. “ Teasing, Scarlet rests their arms gently around Sun’s neck. A hand runs up through the other’s hair, scratching slightly.

          “Only sometimes?” He taunts in return, curling his tail around the two      of them and tipping his head into his teammate’s touch, “Gee, thanks.”

Setting these two items down on the bedside table, he flashes Sun a warm grin, having done everything in his power to have made the blond feel a smidgeon better.

          Once he returns, however, Sun stirs to carefully push himself up into a      sitting position, rolling one particularly sore shoulder and wrapping his tail      around himself instinctively. “Mmh, you’re the best, you know that?” He      smiles, reaching over to grab the fabric of his jacket and pull him closer as      he leans up for a kiss.

- Sliding their weapon away, Scarlet steals a kiss. “ We’ll see, Banana Breath. “ Scarlet’s trying not to let on they pulled something in their arm, so it’s hard to hold their weapon.

          Contented by their kiss, Sun’s tail starts swaying a little behind him as he      wraps an arm around his teammate’s waist to pull them closer. “You did      really good out there, Scar.”

Roman peers down at the faunus, giving his shoulder a supportive rub.

  “Sun! Hey, how’ve you been? You likin’ the festival so far?”

          “Good! Better now that I’m seein’ you again. And I love this--it’s so      exciting. Lots of stuff to see, y’know?”
