When I created my sideblog, I mostly just needed a place to sort all my writing because I hadn't anticipated writing so much fanfic at all, much less for so long.

I was essentially double posting just to make sure my theoretical followers wouldnt lose out, because I have anxiety about that kind of thing. But now that I'm older and wiser I realized just how much I suffered doing that. Updating to tumblr became less of a "quick and easy, I'll edit it and post on AO3 later" thing and more of a "this is a 20 step process and it has to be done in a very specific way to be efficient"

Especially since I'm so impatient and just...update on AO3 p much immediately after anyway?

Not a lot of you guys interact with me much on here, so I am actually contemplating cutting out tumblr posts in general and possibly keeping to snippets on here to announce updates instead.

There's still a lot of growing pains for me, and a big worry was disappointing people by not being accessible--like it was for some reason my fault if someone didnt see an update.

Obviously, that's an insane thing to think but, well. it took a while for me to just. stop.

so anyway, the point is, I might change things around on my sideblog, might even only stick to events and round robins and transition the rest fully to AO3, who knows? I'm still figuring shit out.
