🎨 Color Vibe: The dreamiest mix of sky blue and soft purple, like a cotton candy cloud or a bedtime rainbow

💤 Job Title: Full-time cuddle expert, part-time nap supervisor, honorary tear-wiper, and chief of cozy snuggles

🌈 Favorite Activity: Watching cartoons, guarding the bed, and being held close during thunderstorms

🎀 Special Talent: Always knowing when I need a hug, smelling like comfort, and making me feel safe no matter what

🍪 Snack of Choice: Imaginary cookies and invisible tea (with extra sugar cubes please!)

🧃 1. Sippy Cups or Bottles There’s something so soothing about drinking from a sippy or bottle. The familiar shape, the gentle suckling motion—it makes everything feel slower and calmer. Bonus if it’s filled with warm milk or apple juice!

🧸 2. My Favorite Stuffie Just holding them makes me feel smaller. The way they smell, the way they squish when I hug them tight… It’s like they take all the big world feelings and make them soft and manageable.

📺 3. Cartoons from My Littlest Memories Shows like Bluey, Care Bears, and My Little Pony always flip the switch. The soft voices, bright colors, and gentle storylines remind me it’s okay to be silly and tender.

🎶 4. Lullabies or Gentle Playlists Music really helps set the mood. Whether it’s classic lullabies, soft piano, or my special little playlist, the sounds wrap around me like a blanket. It slows my heart down and reminds me I’m safe.

🎀 5. Comfy Clothes & Jammies Pulling on a hoodie with animal ears, pastel socks, or footie pajamas instantly makes me feel extra little. The softer and snugglier, the better! It’s like dressing up as my inner self.
