Clark Kent makes terrible "woman driver" jokes about a distressed alien in a "queer craft" and as punishment is put in an elaborate mental VR simulation where he's turned into a girl and his "female intuition" turns into a full blown precognitive danger alert, but only for girls.

Alt Universe character assasination where Wonder Woman and the Greek Gods become Nazis. Superman is turned into centaur by the gods and led an attack on human women against his will. As poetic justice (and part of an elaborate scheme by the gods), he's turned into a human woman as penance.

Earth One Kal-L and Bruce Wayne get their minds transferred into the bodies of their younger female relatives Kara Zor-L and Helena Wayne during a fight with the Ultra Humanite.

Somehow, he time travels into the story of Cinderella which is apparently historical. Somehow he ropes Mr. Mxyzptlk into being a fairy godmother. Appropriately enough for this era of Superman bullying his friends, he ends up being the Wicked Stepmother.

The event did reveal, however, that the character we thought was the superhero Supreme was actually his amnesiac daughter from the future trapped in her brother Val-En's body. She deliberately avoided turning back to normal and stayed active as Lady Supreme. Typical normal comics stuff, ya know.
