Keep our immune systems strong with an abundance of fruits and vegetables. Lemon, oranges, watermelon, kiwi, berries, tomato, peppers, greens, ginger and herbs are some amazing immune boosters

Cultivate calmness and relaxation rather than feeding into projected fear and anxiety, so that we are able to see the big picture and the truth in what is occuring

Keep our energy and our vibration high by doing things that we enjoy while we are indoors (journalling, learning a new skill or concept, creating, reading, watching high vibe content, reflecting, meditating, stretching, home exercise etc.)

Avoid watching and consuming news stories and content that are based in a low vibration of fear (on TV and the internet)

Remind ourselves every day of what we are grateful for. There’s always something we can be grateful for, even the “simple” things matter so, so much.

The world needs love more than anything else right now. Be the embodiment of love and light when you are by yourself and when interacting with others including in the online space.
