Brynn thought to herself as she shifted slightly from her position, finishing her Otter Pop.
No need to thank me, I was only doing my job. I only hope that you can heal from this, and that maybe someday you can face Kappa again. I'm sure you understand how traumatic this ordeal is for Kappa, to wake up and find out you killed a friend and the others no longer wish to talk to you will put a heavy strain on someone. In response to that, there's a faint shout from further down the beach. A puffed up Cerise turns from speaking with the Mismagius with an indignant, "You have to swim with me! You promised you would!"
Janus sighs, his ears flicking in acquiescence. "Alas, my friend has wonderful hearing."
(QuestionableFlareon) Wren stands in the water, staring down at her paws in the water. She looks over and sees Brynn and brow furrows slightly. "Wow! A glaceon! At the beach! I never thought I would see the day!" Despite the hypocrisy coming from the flareon standing in literal water, Wren cocks her head to the side "What brings ya out to a place like this?"
Hm, for some reason, she reminds me of a certain sylveon...
The same reason as everyone else: rest and relaxation. Since I chose our last vacation spot, my partner decided to come here, which is fine and all I just wish I had more than sunglasses at the moment.

Ah, yes, I suppose we do. Sadly, my work doesn't allow for leisurely beach trips too often. Just before coming, my companion and I had to deal with a rampaging pokemon. As far as things to do, I recommend, first and foremost to try and relax. I can tell you seem a bit nervous, no one here is gonna hurt you and if they try I'll see to it that it doesn't happen. Secondly, if you don't mind a little saltwater you can always take a dip in the water. I also hear there's frozen treats available, try one if you haven't

Nonsense! You offered, it would be stupid of me not to accept. Besides as you mentioned having a lot and I have a very hairy glaceon who could probably use the extra help cooling off. My that's quite the craftsmanship. I'd say you're doing a great job so far, I know someone who would love thing like this. They might even try to buy a custom one if I'm being honest.

For starters, the reason I'm able to tie my hair in a bun is because of my family has had to adapt to the weather conditions in the Crown Tundra. So I suppose it's a bit of both influence and genetics.
Now as for me out in the sun, it's not as bad as you might think. Though admittedly the fur does make things a lil hotter, luckily being an ice type means I can regulate my body temperature. Putting my hair up like it is now also helps. And lastly, I'm here with my partner on vacation. Guild work ain't easy.

Vayu: I suppose you all should know, it is your duty after all... The latichu sighs before continuing.
Are you all aware of The Darkest Day?
Ninjara: You mean the day Eternatus supposedly went on a rampage destroying most of the Galar region?
Vayu: Precisely. What many aren't aware of is that Eternatus wasn't acting out of malicious intent but was rather manipulated into going on that rampage.
Solblitz: What does that have to do with the temple?
Vayu: When the first Eternatus arrived here they were just a baby searching for food, out of kindness Arceus nurtured it and helped it grow. Once it got old enough Arceus decided to form a group of humans and pokemon to watch over the Eternatus and guide it on the right path. It was only until the actions of one selfish human that The Darkest Day came to be.
Darren: What happened?
Vayu: A greedy human seeking power started to talk to them, corrupting its mind with visions of grandeur. Slowly but surely young Eternatus grew cold and sought to take all the world's energy for itself. Once the galarian heroes defeated the Eternatus it was revealed that they did not die but were rather reborn and once again an infant. So a temple was erected and a select group was chosen to watch over the child until they were old enough.
Buttermilk: So that means...
Darren: There's a baby Eternatus with my parents in there...
