My official leave on Tumblr (Please read this)
(Or.. Until Tumblr is back to it’s roots)
A’ight, I’ve been wanting to do this announcement for quite a while now, And now is the perfect time to do so. And seeing how terrible Tumblr has really become, I have officially left Tumblr for good.
Am I to delete this account? No. Not exactly, But i’m not gonna log in to this piece of shit site where it literally will flag any of my pics i post that isn’t even NSFW tag worthy. It’s just a poster I made for fun, If background worthy.
How is this even NSFW worthy? It’s not even porn. And I have to appeal and see their approval just for this to be posted, How more kiddo do you have to be?
If I wanted to really post NSFW content, I would’ve done it with another account for that purpose, But since NSFW isn’t allowed anymore on Tumblr at all, I wouldn’t go out of my way to post NSFW here if it’s not allowed
You know, It wouldn’t be a problem that Tumblr is doing this non-NSFW way, It wasn’t a problem at first. It’d make more sense cause you got stuff like e621, Furaffinity, InkBunny, And hell, Even Discord. Any of the sites you can freely post your NSFW pics there. But it is a problem when they flag one of my pics, When it’s not even NSFW worthy. I’m not gonna deal with that shit.
You could say it was cause I was never on Tumblr that much anymore, After my big depression after my break up from breaking up with my ex, But...: There are times where I’d never be active on Tumblr much anyway, It was one of those sites that i couldn’t see a point in checking the tags of characters I like and see pics of the character tags that are either just overused meme jokes and such rather than seeing an enjoyment or badass looking out of my fav characters. Hell, Even seen characters I like without being a memefest of memes that kids these days pick up and spam on the internet.
I’m on Steam and Discord way much more than I am on Tumblr anyway, I have way more active friends on there than Tumblr, One convinced me to be here often and they stopped following me on Tumblr anyway. I post most of my stuff on Discord without anyone being super sensitive of the content, SFW AND NSFW.
i’m just more active on other social medias and other things than i am on here.
I’m more productive (Or atleast trying to be) and actually post my own stuff on a Discord I’m in a group on (WiiJects). And i get more appreciative on there than I do here.
Am I to return?: No, Until Tumblr gets their shit together. They’re dying and they know it. Unless something is done about it, I can’t see Tumblr surviving anytime soon for another 5 years, It won’t be long now.
They can tag this as NSFW all they want to censor me, But they know it’s the truth.
