Pont Saint-Benezet, aka Pont d’Avignon. Built in the 1300′s, collapsed in the 1700′s, nobody could be arsed to fix it. It’s a great place to stand on the end and stare at the fast flowing water and experience intrusive thoughts about chucking yourself in and wondering how long it’d take to die in the current. Yeah, I backed away from that one hah. 

Street art at Cours Julien. Did end up with a stalker, did escape. Great success. 

Probably one of my favourite photos on my iPhone. The view of Avignon from a room in the Palais des Papes. The really fucking old glass makes it look like a painting. Looks like a Lowry or something, 

Two weeks ago I headed to the torpedo rock and discovered that it’s actually whale shaped when up close. Fucked my hips up doing the steep walk, it still hurts today, apparently I am 80 years old wahh worth it!

Berlin though. 

Had a brill evening at Lush’s VIP night! Loads of champaign, coffee cupcakes, tried out loads of products, had lots of hand massages, got a goodie bag of freebies, made my own bubble bar (I have not improved since I made one last time...). The staff are all wonderful, I used to be in weekly for a natter and a prod around! I’m now covered in glitter and looking forward to payday so I can buy more treats! 

Highest point on the whole island. Perks include a nice cafe with a bar, a stunning church, a cute little giftshop and Jesus.
