It is so good to feel confident and beautiful! Let's have a real chat for a second here... I don't know a person alive who doesn't have body issues. Not a soul. Myself included. All of my young life I was thin and petite. I could eat what I want when I want and not worry about it. Then I hit 24, suffered badly with anxiety and depression and let myself get too thin. My body was like yeah nah. I want to store this stuff not burn it, just incase. Going from a size 6-8 to a 12-14 before I even had a chance to think. My self image began to plummet. I stopped taking as many pics of myself. Started sharing more about where I was going and what I was eating. Getting up everyday and hating what I see in the mirror. Then I started making a change. I started booking to see a personal trainer who comes to my house (no wasted gym membership for me). Doing a 45 minute workout every week. I had understand that I'm starting from the bottom up. I've never exercised before, well I have taken walks... But this is a regiment and form of self discipline that I do not know. I also refused to cut foods OUT of my diet for the sake of weight loss. Let's face it I like what I like. Although I am having less of it. Not because I have to. But because I want to. Trying not to keep soft drink in the house. Bring late night maccas runs to a minimum. I have been so blessed that after several months I'm seeing results! I'm still a size 12 but my body is changing. I felt so good about getting up and getting ready today and I will never apologize for loving myself again.
