Little introduction ramble -

Hi hi! So I plan to mostly do yandere x reader stuff, but I can do other things too! But I really plan to only do x reader works. I can do nsfw, but I don't have experience in writing it so if you request nsfw keep that in mind. Okie, that's all, shorter ramble than expected!

The apocalypse began only about a month ago. Not that you knew until the zombie was devouring your skull. By that point, you had been locked up in his basement for... Well, you didn't know. Just that it'd been long enough that you lost track of time. So when he hadn't shown up for a while, you figured it was your chance to escape.

You took that chance. You made it outside, even. The cold, night air was so refreshing on your skin and in your lungs... A relieving moment that lasted only a mere few seconds.

How were you supposed to know a zombie apocalypse was happening? It wasn't like he ever told you anything or let you watch TV or connect with the world in any way. Kept you completely isolated for what had to be several months...

And, you didn't know it, but you were back in his basement. You didn't really know anything, having only half a brain. And it barely even functioned. You were dead, after all.

But he kept you anyway. He had to! You were his everything, his reason for living.

You tried to bite him often. He couldn't have that. He had to remain a perfectly living human in case they find a cure someday. That way, he can go get it for you and then you can be together again! So he had to rip out all your lovely, rotting teeth.

He made them into matching bracelets for the two of you!

And since you're not really aware, he can do all the things you fought against when you were human! All those things, all the ways he yearned to worship you...

But unfortunately, decomposition was taking you faster than he liked. He might just have to freeze your entire body, like in the movies! Then he can thaw you put and watch those movies with you again someday.

But that was a terrible idea. He can't go long without you. A few days tops before he'd go crazy. So he'll just keep you safe in his basement like he always has. Like he was always planning to. Until the day you either die completely or come back to him.

Until that day... You're all his.

He always hated going to bed. For as long as he could remember, he had the same dream every single night. Now, it wasn't a bad dream. But it was really fucking annoying to see the same thing every night.

He grew to resent it, the things he saw. The night sky, the full moon, the city lights... And worst of all that face. That stupid face that wouldn't leave him.

He hated it. Loathed it, even.

That was until it happened. Until that dream finally became true.

It was night time. The full moon was high in the sky. The city never slept... And he tried to do the same. It was supposed to just be a walk, one of his usual strolls through the streets.

"Ah, sorry!" That was until you bumped into him. "Must not have been looking where I was going." You bumped into him like it was nothing. And it was. It was nothing.

But you had that face.

And he couldn't look away, not even for a second. He should be annoyed at best, hate you at worst. Forget this happened. Forget you exist.

But he followed when you walked off. He followed when you went home. He memorized your address.

He didn't hate dreaming from then on. Each one held you, all the expressions you might make. It didn't matter if they were good or bad. He wanted to see you laugh, to see you so full of joy that the sun couldn't compare to the brightness of your smile. He wanted to see you cry, sob, completely break down and fall into despair. All of it, he wanted to see it all.

He couldn't stop following you, wanting to see all these things. So naturally, it wasn't long before he could pick up on even the slightest changes. He won't even miss your pupils dilating. He knows how often you blink on average each day.

He loves it... And hates that other people get to see it. Shouldn't seeing something so beautiful be considered a luxury?! No one else appreciated you like he did.

Now, he obviously couldn't kill everyone that looks at you, though he's thought about it. No, that would take a nuke or something. And unfortunately, they don't just hand those things out. So naturally, he had to resort to something more reasonable...

Kidnapping, obviously.

But in a way that won't harm you... Won't let a single thing happen to that work of art on your head.

You'd always go to the same coffee shop. It was convenient, close to your home and a reasonable distance from your job. So he had to start working there.

You quickly grew fond of the charming new barista. He was witty, and always knew just what to say to make your day more interesting. The kind of guy the seemed trustworthy. So when he asked if you'd want to go on a date, you said yes. Why not, right? Can't have too much to lose.

Except your freedom, apparently.

He bought a few drinks, just got you tipsy. Off your guard. Asked if you wanted to head to his place. Offered you a few more drinks. Make you easier to overpower. To tie up.

And now you'll never leave.

"Ah, so perfect..." He murmured to himself as he touched your face, hands trembling.

Now no one can look at you but him. Exactly as it should be.

The false god was a monster. A being of unimaginable power. The false god was terrifying. A ruthless killer that cared little for humans. The false god was selfish. The false god was cruel. The false god was once human too.

That human was your friend.

It was a long time ago that you first met. Back then, they were... Pathetic, for lack of a better term. Like an abandoned puppy, alone and hesitant, yet still desperate for love.

That was exactly what you gave them. The gentleness and care that no one else did. It was because of you that they learned to smile again. Learned to open up, saw the light in the world once more.

It was because of you that they became brave. Brave enough to leave town, to leave... You. It was bittersweet. You were glad to see them go out and find their own path, of course you were. But still, you couldn't help but worry. Worry that something might happen, might hurt them again.

But this... This was the last thing you could have expected.

World domination? Fantastical powers? They always insisted they were cursed, but you never thought it was true! Curses weren't real!

"My angel!" You were broken out of your little trip down memory lane but their voice, a sound all dreaded to hear now. Including yourself.

Their arms snaked around your waist, a gesture meant to be affectionate. But it was too suffocating, too desperate. "I'm glad to see that you're already awake. Come, I've had breakfast prepared for you!"

They held your arm tightly, guiding you through the palace. You passed by many things. Art stolen from museums. Miserable people, enslaved to them and servants and playthings. A window, the sky outside no longer the beautiful blue you remembered. Two maps, the world of old you remembered, and the world of new. They one they made to their liking, making the very land itself move and break to form something "perfect".

"So, my angel," they began, sitting you in a chair far too luxurious, presented with food that was just too... Perfect. "What shall we do today?"

Every day was like this. Filled with something "new" yet always the same.

"Perhaps we'll travel? Ooo, or go explore the deepest parts of the sea! I do love the water, you know."

In the end, though they insisted on pleasing you, it came down to what they wanted. They were the "god" of this world, after all.

"Oh yes, deep sea it is! You like that idea, don't you?"

They stared at you anxiously, fidgeting with that pendent around their neck. The one that you hated to look at. The gem was as red as blood, and had partially buried itself into their skin. You were sure that thing had something to do with... This. The whole god thing, the strange powers, the psychotic break. Yet there was nothing you could do about it.

So that day was deep sea day. You had to admit it was a safe option. No people around to aggravate them. And naturally they'd make sure to trap you in an air bubble. But the aquatic life... They weren't safe.

There were many predators this deep, some attracted to the light the false god illuminated the ocean floor with. But if they got too close, all it took was a flick of their wrist. That was all it took for those poor creatures to die. You've seen it happen too many times before... You know now not to look at the mutilated corpses.

The quiet of the ocean gave you time to think. It was all you could do these days, just reminisce about what once was. You still weren't sure what happened. Why they became like this. And especially not how.

You remembered when their reign of terror first began. They made sure to find you, dress you up like a doll. Officially deem you their angel, the only safe human in the world. You remember the cries and screams, the panic around the world as everything changed.

The way the sky became red, the climate unpredictable. The storms as they struck down world leaders and militaries. The earthquakes as they brought every continent closer and closer, nearly colliding.

And now... Now everyone was helpless. Even you. It was impossible to count how many people have been killed in front of you, to remember their faces twisted in terror in their final moments. You chose not to look anymore.

"My angel," The false god smiled over their shoulder at you, the expression filthy and twisted, "Tomorrow, how about we visit this new park I've been building. It should be finished!" Should be. But if it's not, the workers will be executed. You know all too well their fate.

Every day... Every day was just like this.

Back in those days, when you never could have imagined this nightmare, you didn't know why you chose to approach them. They were just so... Pathetic. And maybe you were too kind. But didn't they, too, deserve a friend? Or perhaps it was another reason.

Perhaps you were cursed too.

No. No he wasn't... No, he's kind. He's all you have anymore.

At first it was torture. Months and months went by, you hadn't seen the sun, hadn't had a connection with anyone but him. The psychotic bastard.

Did he kidnap you? Is that what happened? St this point it didn't seem to matter how you got here or why. He loved you so much and took such good care of you. He did. He really did.

He was all you had.

Why did he have to leave during the day? You got so lonely.

And jealous.

Who was he with? What was he doing? Why couldn't he stay with you? He knew he was all you had. He made sure of it!

He loved it.

Thrived on it.

Your suffering.

Desperation.

You finally understood how he felt for all those years. Of course, he'd love nothing more than to be with you every second of the day. To be so close that he sank into your skin and became one with you.

But he couldn't deny the sick sense of pleasure he got seeing you cling to him, begging him not to go. Seeing you writhe in envy, wondering if other people mattered more to him than you.

He spent all those years stalking you, feeling those same things in those rare moments he wasn't watching. Who could you have been with? Did you laugh with them? Let them see that perfect smile when he couldn't?

It was poetic, in a way.

He hated seeing you upset, but loved that it was him having such an effect on you. And he just had to go. After all, he had to work! Make money to keep this house for you, buy nice things for you, provide for your basic needs...

He could work from home, but distance makes the heart grow fonder, right?

"My darling, I'm home~" He called into the dim house, elated to already hear you running towards him.

And before he knew it, you were completely wrapped around him like a koala. Sure he should be used to the feeling of you holding him oh so tightly, bit it still made his heart beat nearly put of his chest. Like it wanted to escape the cage of his ribs and be held by your perfect hands. Not that he could blame the thing...

He could only hold you just as tightly, his grip crushing. Though, at this point you'd found it to be quite comforting.

"Miss me today?"

"Every day..." You responded, barely giving him time to finish his question. You didn't notice how you held on so tightly that your nails drew his blood. He found bliss in it. His blood on your fingers...

"You're so disheveled..." It was obvious. He didn't know what you got up to during the day to leave you looking like this. Though he loved to "fix" you. "Cute... You know, only I could love you like this."

His whispers had invaded your mind. Simple things like that to more severe lies. No one else could love you so much. You need him. Haven't you seen the crime rates lately, seen the news? The world is cruel. You'd die out there. You'd be alone. He's what you need. This house is the only safe place. You're delicate. You need to be taken care of. By him.

Only him.

He didn't know how you believed him so easily, but he adored it.

"I know... You'll still love me no matter what... Right? You won't leave?" You held your breath, anxious... What if he says no?

But of course... "Right you are, my everything." He would never say no. Never.

"Have you eaten yet today?"

You slowly shook your head. He was disappointed, but not surprised. You did that too often. Perhaps he should finally start working from home, make sure to take proper care of you...

"Can't do anything yourself, can you... Then I'll make you dinner. Come on now, my everything."

Two years. For two wonderful years you've been dating him. You didn't really think you had a chance back then. It was high school, and he was popular. Hot. The kind of guy most everyone had a crush on, even though he was a player.

And you were... Well, no one special. You weren't especially attractive, or social, or smart. You were just... There. But by some insane miracle, he actually asked you out!

It was tense at first considering his reputation. Your friends tried to tell you not to give him the time of day. Bit he was just so sweet... Bringing you flowers, little gifts, your favorite snack, always planning dates. He was like a dream! It didn't take long though before he wanted to get in bed with you. But you weren't really ready... And frankly, you doubted you would be for a while. But he was so patient. He promised to wait for as long as it takes, told you he loved you no matter what...

So that was a fucking lie.

Turns out, you wasted two years of your life on that whore! He finally confessed that he's been sleeping around with other people for nearly your entire relationship!

"I mean, what do you expect?" He said, as if this was just some other Tuesday. "You wouldn't sleep with me, so I had to have my fun with other people."

"No- no, this isn't something you can just brush off!" You snatched his phone from his hands and tossed it across the room, trying to get him to pay attention. "You've been cheating on me this whole time! What- was any of it - of this, of US - real?! Did you ever even love me?!"

For a brief moment, you swore something dark and terrifying shined in his eyes. But it was gone to fast for you to even care right now.

"Baby, come o-"

"Don't call my baby!"

His fist clenched at his side. You weren't easy to deal with when you were screaming like this... "Look." He finally said, that usual smile back on his face. It was just unsettling now... "Of course I love you. That's why I didn't break up with you back then. I just, you know... My body has needs. But you... You give me everything my heart needs."

He tried to hold your cheek, but you quickly slapped his hand away. What a bastard... If he really loved you, he wouldn't have ever cheated!

"You know what, I am DONE with this." You turned and started to storm away. You shouldn't have to take this. "We are over! Never-"

But he wrapped his arms around your waist from behind, holding you tighter than he used to. His once warm and comforting arms felt cold and heavy. Unbearable. To think those same arms have been wrapped around other people... You didn't even know how many. You didn't need to. You were sure it would only make all this worse.

You squirmed and kicked, trying to pry his arms off of you. But he only held on tighter, burying his face in the crook of your neck.

"Don't be like this... You can't leave me. I need you. You can't..." Something about his voice sent chills down your spine. There was something wrong with him... Other than the obvious. It only made you want to get away from him more.

"You can't make me stay here! You-" but he cut you off.

"I can. And I will" His grip only became tighter, suffocating. He was just about crushing you. "You aren't leaving me... You should be grateful I didn't make you have sex with me this whole time. But I've been nice and decided to be patient with you... And I still will be. Since I'm so nice. So you're going to stay with me."

Before you could fully process his dark words, one of his hands shot up to your face, covering your mouth and nose painfully. You were kind of starting to panic.

"Shhh... It's going to be okay, baby..." He whispered against your ear.

You squirmed and writhed, but it only made things worse. It didn't take long before you started to feel light headed. It only took a few short minutes for you to pass out, but it felt like an eternity.

But once your body went limp in his arms, he breathed out a sigh of relief. He couldn't lose you. You were the one good thing in his life. So what if he slept around a bit? He had his reasons. And he'll get over it eventually. But you... You were everything. He couldn't lose you.

And he wouldn't.

Aaaa did it

You were perfect. Well, not really obviously, but about as close as a person could get. And you had your dear parents to thank for that, of course. They raised you right. Kept you in line, made sure you didn't overindulge, stopped foolish phases from your younger years in their tracks. They even set you up with your current boyfriend, who you'll likely marry someday. He was... He was from a good family. One with decent money, like yours.

And your dear old parents also made sure you knew who to stay away from. The weirdos of the world. There were some real freaks out there, the kind that could cause serious harm. But that didn't mean you feared them. That would be stupid. Weird as they might be, aren't they people too...?

But of course, the worst one... "You know what they say, 476th times a charm!" A bouquet of roses blocked your vision, the soft petals unceremoniously pushed into your face. "Won't you be mine?"

Zeyuna. The biggest freak you've ever met. There were so many strange things about him... No way he was human! And for over a year now, not a day has passed where he hasn't asked you out. How desperate could he be?

"No. For the millionth time, no." You rolled your eyes, pushing away the flowers. "I'm already in a relationship."

"Yeah, and that dickwad doesn't deserve you." And such crude language. Had he no refinement? "How can you stay with that guy when he literally makes out with other bitches in front of you?"

"That's none of your concern! Leave me alone for goodness sake!" You stormed off, ending your daily little interaction the same way you always did. Seriously, what did he know! There were more important things than loyalty! Besides, even though your boyfriend was, well, exactly that, you weren't too fond of him either. It worked out well.

He just wouldn't understand! He's just some... Some hooligan! A hooligan that does anything he wants with no regard for others! Anything! Anything at all...

He watched you leave, his 12 dozen roses dropped to the floor as he sighed. This time too... Apparently his latest invention hadn't worked. He wasn't surprised, he didn't usually dabble in drugs. He was much more in to machinery. But he figured it was a more "intelligent" approach. One you might appreciate. But clearly, the damn thing didn't sway your heart. Or maybe he just didn't have enough...

But what else could he do? He knew he was strange. He always has been. His whole life, a lot of people were scared of him due to his innate strength. It was some weird genetics in his family, he never cared too much to think about it. But you weren't... You even seemed like you were certain you were above him. He loved it... You were so cute like that.

Maybe if he gets rid of that shithead once and for all... It would be so easy...

No no, he shouldn't think like that! He didn't want to prove people right about him. Especially not you... But it would be so good for you! To finally be free from that guy! He didn't know why you would stay with someone like that. Sure he didn't have much money and el fucko did, but what should that matter? He would be super rich someday, he knew it. But what would the point be without you?

You were everything.

He needs you.

Oh, hell. Was murder so bad if the victim was worthless? If it was for good reason? The only problem was getting caught... Something he would work around, surely.

Of course, every day after that, like every day before, he would ask for your heart at least once. He was just so... Ridiculous. Just because he buys you flowers and invents little trinkets just for you, just to make you smile if nothing else, doesn't mean he could win your heart! Not that, not his smile, his confidence, his positivity, his... Oh damn it! It didn't matter what good traits he had! Everyone... No one would approve of you being with him.

But the longer this went on, you began to wonder. Was it worth it to live like this? To let your life be dictated by what other people think? What was the worst that could happen anyway? What, they would look down on you the same way they look down on him? It... Wouldn't be nice. How does he stay so positive through all that? It makes no sense!

But... Your curiosity got the better of you one day. "Zeyuna!" You made a bee line for him. He was sure with that look on your face he was in for a lecture. But he didn't mind. It was always nice to hear your voice, even if you were reprimanding him for doing something stupid. "Zeyuna, you...! You... Are you free on Saturday?"

......... What.

"I want to go to dinner with you. If my many rejections still haven't deterred you, that is. Consider it a date."

Holy. Shit.

What.

He was frozen. What was he supposed to do now? Cry? You, his greatest dream, the one who'd rejected him so many times, actually asked him out? Was this an elaborate prank?! A date?! Had a he died and gone to heaven? Or maybe he was dreaming?

And you looked so cute. He hasn't seen you blushing before. He'd never forget this sight.

"Oh wow... YES!" He finally pulled himself together, picking you up in a tight hug and spinning you around. This couldn't be real! He didn't care how many people stared. You were his now! "I promise, swear on my old man's grave, this will be the greatest date you've ever been on!"

He'd do anything to make it so. And this worked out especially great for him! Gave him the perfect alibi for a certain little robot he's been working on to get rid of a certain piece of trash...

Gonna stop there before I go forever. Maybe not the most intense yandere I've ever written, but I'm sure it's alright.

Anyways, as for my little hiatus and some other ramble stuff... The truth is, I lost motivation. I graduated, and the best motivation I had for writing always seemed to come when I was avoiding work and stuff lol. And then I had nothing to avoid so I kind of rotted a bit. I never have too much motivation, and when I do, it's for really specific things. I have kind of a lot of hobbies. Plus I got a job, two technically but one was like seasonal. Go me making money, yay!

I can't promise I'm back. I'm wishy-washy like that if I'm being honest. But, I made this account to practice my writing and hopefully get feedback on my work since I actually want to become a legitimate author someday. And I figure if I'm going to have to enter the adult world, I might as well try to keep up with that. Maybe getting back into writing here will help my motivation to work on my longer books. I recently came up with a super good idea for a new one, I'm just struggling with starting it.

So anyways... That's about it I think. I've missed this, so hopefully I can stick to it this time. But like I said, no promises. Also, at this point, I'm thinking I probably won't get to my old requests. I feel too ashamed, and I'm sorry for that. And I don't know if I'll be taking any new requests any time soon. Because, you know, motivation is bad.

Also, I hope you all enjoyed this little intro to one of my ocs. He's part of this whole oc web I have going on, and is actually the parent of one of my main ocs. Technically his darling would be another oc of mine, my main ocs mother, but I wanted more people to be able to enjoy it, so I made it for a gn reader. hopefully that doesn't bite me in the butt if I continue writing for him, he'll date anybody if he likes them, male female or otherwise, but not everybody can have babies which ends up a kind of important thing.
