The difference between Joy and Happiness is strange. Joy seems to show up at the most unexpected time. An example is when, in the midst of mourning you find yourself laughing for no apparent reason. Happiness on the other hand, is a choice you can make to be at any time. Examples of happiness are Having a cold one after a long day of work, the cry of a newborn, getting a credential or something as simple as flying a kite or going fishing. I, Personally, choose joy over happiness because JOY IS HUMBLE. Its a gentle reminder that life is good no matter what you go through. JOY is the hug that some of us need more than air or food or water. JOY IS SIMPLY LOVE DIRECTED INWARD THAT SHINES OUTWARDLY.

Aint nothing better after a long and enjoyable day in the sun than closing out the night with laughter and love.

Laughter is the stuff great dreams are made of.
