Checkmate.

        The Herald had found this to be an strange, yet oddly interesting reunion. Words aside from thanks escaped this man’s lips. Though they were not nearly what he’d been expecting. In either case it was amusing, and to see the child returned safely was the important thing. Shun hadn’t done this for some sort of reward. However, it could be argued by his wanting to do it because he wanted to it was a selfish act of goodwill.

  ╰♕╮ Confirmation of this individuals intentions, where against anything that could including Shiro was something that pleased him to hear. Though he knew better than to trust someone outright right, after being informed of something as such. However there was no denying the factor that he was rather thankful that the other had returned his sister to him after their separation. A hand moving to stroke the youngster head to calm her as he he stood himself upright, given he had managed to regain his composure once more. The small blip in their abnormal behaviour leaving them just as quickly as it had arisen now that they where sure they where reunited.

   ♔ ⊁  A small sigh escaped her lips at the others reaction to all this, although it wasn’t exactly as she would expect anything other than this from her brother. After a minuet or so of staring at the same page, she lent her head backwards to look up at the male. A frown fell upon her face as she began to speak. ❝ Strop thinking about what I know you’re thinking about and turn the page. ❞  She moved her head back into it’s previous position and looked at the book before continuing. ❝ Or I will go and read on my own. ❞  She did like sitting not having to do much but read, however she liked to actually read the book. Besides she knew that this would more than likely work for snapping him out of his daze, although there was a small possibility that he would continue on as he was. 

    ╰♕╮ “Right.” he commented sharply, taking quick note of the growing irritation in the youngsters tone. The page being flipped across to allow for the book to be continued on after his outburst. The images that had once formed in his mind remaining burnt in place quite blissfully.  Ohh how he couldn't wait to be done with there research now so that he could get onto challenging such races with delight. The sorts of beautiful girls he would encounter in both civilisations a sure fire motive to drive him on to finishing up here even faster than initially thought. Moving Shiros wrist as to move a mouthful of her food to his own mouth, dropping the noodle onto his tongue as he sucked them in. “Then its just thee three books left and then we've read this shelf right. what are we waiting for?” He mumbled around the food as he chewed it.

   ╰♕╮ Few words left his lips in this prolonged moment, none that where audible anyway. Retaining any form of composure when he was no longer sure of the whereabouts of his younger sibling, was not a possible. It was beginning to feel as though it had been hours since he had last caught sight of the youngster. Thanks to the fact that they had managed to get themselves separated thanks to circumstances beyond either of their of their doing. Hand clasping at either side of his head now thanks to his distraught state, a shiver creeping up his spine as he made every attempt to rationalise a plan. For locating the other once more; this being something he was evidently failing in. Thus only resulting in further panic which was seemingly becoming a vicious cycle that he was unable to drag himself out of.
