Today while traveling I saw this amazing 1941 Lincoln Zephyr. Absolutely stunning. It was on display at a Las Vegas casino thanks to the generosity of its owner.

Madison Wisconsin did not disappoint. There for work but I enjoyed the city immensely. Plenty of green spaces, beautiful lakes, great beer and rental bicycles. Great city.

On a recent trip I frequented one of my all time favorite BBQ spots. The Woodshed in Fort Worth TX.

A cucumber jalapeño margarita set up the meal of BBQ lamb brisket and fried potatoes perfectly. The only thing better than eating and drinking is doing the same outside. This place lets me do both.

One of the joys of travel is seeing what places are famous for. Here is an Indy car I recently viewed in Indianapolis. The Indianapolis 500 is a world famous race and the city takes great pride in the event.

The sunrise was particularly beautiful today. It’s rays shone brightly off this Alaska Airlines ER175. Great day to fly.

One of the great joys of travel is admiring beautiful old houses. Built with care, and bestowed with decades of character no new house can compare. Here are a few beauties.

So I’m a frequent traveler and hold elite status at IHG (holiday inn), Marriott and Hilton. Of late the Holiday Inn has been quite a disappointment. Here is a lovely shot of the pool, but at this hotel in question, the gym equipment didn’t work and the hotel shuttle didn’t run to the airport, as promised on the website. Add a 25.00 uber ride to the airport and the deal is not so sweet.

I snapped this picture of the ER175, which is one of my favorite regional aircrafts to fly on. It’s spacious, modern and efficient. Did I fly on it? No. This Tuesday morning I flew on the RJ 700.
