Merry Christmas! Here is a gift for you: this is a luxe lounge on the top floor of penthouse

I really liked the idea of penthouses in TS3, so I decided to bring it to TS4!  I used the decorative building from the debug menu and built a new floor above it which is fully functional.  All this time, I really missed some massive building in the city center, where most of the buildings are multi-storey buildings, so I think this place is very suitable for Del Sol Valley! This building turned out to be multifunctional. I chose the Lounge lot type, but you can use it also as a Nightclub or a Restaurant, depending on what you need at the moment!

Hi everyone! Here is a new build for my Windenburg makeover. Only one left and I’m done (I will finally be able to share the first version of my save file, yay 🎉). This build works as a nightclub and as a thrift and bubble tea store! I hope you’ll like it.

If you play on PC/Mac, I’d highly recommend using the Auto Employees | Custom Lot Trait mod by LittleMsSam :

Install the mod,

Go to build mode and add the “Professional” lot trait,

Go to live mode and click on a door to allow the NPCs to show up.

Many years ago, when the city destroyed one of its oldest buildings here, there was an open call for proposals to replace it. The winner was Filippa Birch, a young woman who had just finished university. Her project was simple: create an eco-friendly spot for people to get a drink by day, and a spot for people to party by night. If in the surface this bar and thrift store seem perfectly normal, in the underground, you can find the coolest nightclub in Windenburg.

Ophelia Villa (Downloadable)

I revised Ophelia Villa of Goth’s family. As we all know that the original villa was quite odd and out of the place visually and architecturally.

I wanted to convert the building to a victorian style. I was inspired from California government’s mansion. I used dark colors and sharp edges to create a haunted image for the Goth’s family

Includes living room, music room, office, master bedroom and bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms, laundry room and TV room and also several balconies and terraces.
