so i didn’t really post anything but i’ve been actually checking what she says about star wars & rose much more regularly than others and a lot of stuff doesn’t get posted on tumblr because her fandom isn’t big and even if someone posts something, it’s usually someone from that Asian R*ylo Group (i’m asian) so if you don’t follow r*ylos then you don’t really get to see what she says. she LOVES that shirtless kylo scene lol, not because atom’s body looks hilarious. on the relationship b/w finn and rose and rose not being really kind to finn, she says something like finn’s sometimes mean to rose too (sorry, this isn’t how she worded but i don’t remember it because i didn’t want to remember it) and like… she just really likes how rose is written because of GIRL POWER!! stuff like that.

There defenses are as follows:

Rose was grieving! Because apparently that excuses her repeated physical, verbal, and emotional abuse toward Finn.

Rose was ordered to assault deserters! Except Finn isn’t a deserter. He never enlisted with the Resistance and even tells Rose that he never intended to enlist. This only makes her angrier and she’s tempted to assault him again.

Rose was not mean to Finn *actively ignores the countless moments where she was outright cruel to Finn* Besides Rose was grieving! Yeah, you mentioned that. The novel and film show her as abusive, antiblack, and malicious toward Finn no matter how desperately you want to ignore it.

Rose’s vindictive jealousy and bitterness toward Rey, a woman she’s never met and only knows good things about, is natural since she’s in love with Finn! Yeah, to a misogynist, it probably does seem natural. But it isn’t at all ok outside of your sexist perspective. While jealousy is natural and is something Rey feels when she sees Finn taking care of Rose, the feeling does not justify cruel behavior.

Even Poe is surprised with Finn’s behavior *provides instance where Rose is actively mean to Finn while Poe is surprised and then compassionate and understanding* How warped does your mind have to be to think this is something that proves your point? This literally proves the opposite of your point.
