I found all of those links in less than five minutes, each representing a different woman who was murdered for ignoring or declining advances. And could link every word in this paragraph to another act of violence against women for declining advances. You have no fucking idea what it is like to be a woman in this world. Educate yourself.

Every woman you know has a story she hasn’t told you because you are too much of a selfish asshole to try to understand. We all have stories of the man leering at us on the subway, the guy who hit on us at a coffee shop who tried to follow us to our car (shout-out to the male barista for taking note and walking me there), the guy who called us a fat ugly cunt when we declined to send him nudes, the guy who came into our home for a professional job and refused to leave because he was making a pass at us. It’s not rare. Not even close. Just because we aren’t murdered by every guy who makes a pass doesn’t mean we aren’t violated and intimidated on a regular basis.
