hey im sol badguy but my real name is frederick bulsara. i was named after freddie mercury because im just like him. im really tall and handsome and muscular even though i dont work out and i wear super fashionable over-the-top outfits 24/7. im basically the smartest guy ever and i build all my own weapons and vehicles and im super good at magic because im really really smart. im constructing a rocket ship in my backyard. i can turn into a really big strong dragon guy whenever i want and everyone is super afraid of me because im the biggest strongest one ever. everyone who doesn't hate me for being an epic lone wolf is desperately head-over-heels in love with me cause im just so awesome.

people still getting mad about unika being a mary sue is so funny because that's just the majority of guilty gear characters. I really don't give a shit about how unlikely it seems that unika is the alternate future daughter of dizzy and ky. sol badguy exists

imagining sol badguy as a trans man adds a little extra depth to his weird feelings towards dizzy. like much of the resentment he feels towards her could be chalked up to her being a gear (there's another interesting thing here when you consider them not being white) but some of it is just how traumatic it was to have carried an accidental/unwanted pregnancy to term not even really knowing what was going to happen to him or his body due to him being a human-turned-gear. none of it is dizzy's fault and her situation is fucked up too partly because of him but sol is insane/a piece of shit so any guilt he feels manifests as more resentment
