yardstick for failure

I'm going to work tomorrow after 2 weeks off when I finally felt like a human person again (I swam in the sea, read three books, someone else was cooking for me, I had aircon, I went to see beautiful architecture and design, and I could generally just lay about) and I don't want to. I am not rested. I would be rested if I could take 2 months off without having to take care of myself. The biggest goal for tomorrow is not to cry (too much, at work).

i fell asleep outside for a bit on sunday and i got the dumbest half sunburn because i was laying on my side. my arm was resting in an angle on by chest, not straight beside me, so when i now extend my arm, a sickly greyish pale triangle opens up on my forearm, surrounded by waning red.

my boss sat me down today at 7:45 am to order me to give it 80% from now on because otherwise i will go insane and not that he isnt correct, he is, but can i get some tips on how to give it 80% from now on without feeling guilty that i am not doing enough?
