hello! i am emina, and my largest interest is history. i am an adult, and autistic.

i adore italian & german history, and i am very happy to meet other people from this community. if you've known me before the ban - please consider following me and helping me recieve my platform & following back.

i never thought i'd be writing something like this, but here we are. i can no longer recognise this community and, over the past few months, a lot has been said, and unfortunately, not all of it true. i wont go into detail or feed into drama, but i want to be clear; the allegations made about me are untrue.

my interest in ww2 history, especially italy during that period, hasn't changed, and it never will. it's something i've spent years studying and creating around, and i don't intend to let this situation take that passion away from me.

for now, though, i'm stepping away from reichblr. i need some distance, and a bit of peace. maybe one day i'll come back, when things have cooled down, people gained morals, or when i feel it's right again.

fabrizio ciano was born on october 1st, 1931, in rome. he was the only son of galeazzo ciano and edda mussolini, making him the grandson of benito mussolini. growing up, his father was italy's foreign minister and one of the most prominent figures in fascist italy, while his mother was known for her personality and influence.

as a child, fabrizio was exposed to both the luxury of fascist elites, and equally the tensions between his family members. despite his young age, he was present during some of the most stressful & terrifying times in italian history. after galeazzo was arrested and eventually executed in 1944 (on mussolini's own orders), fabrizio and his mother were held under house arrest in germany, and then in switzerland.

later in life, fabrizio wrote a memoir titled quando il nonno fece fucilare papà ("when grandfather had daddy shot"), which is fabrizio's personal explanation & his memories of his family's downfall. the book is very emotionally charged and i heavily suggest reading it if you are interested in the historic character of galeazzo ciano.
