“You can explode your sweat at will,” Todoroki counters and yes, Katsuki’s quirk is fucking awesome, but it is definitely not this convoluted bullshit that is currently imprisoning them.

“Oh, shut up, you are a walking fridge/oven combo,” Katsuki shoots back.

“Exactly. Quirks are getting more complex with every generation. So a quirk like this would definitely be in the realm of possible if not probable. According to Izuku, quirk mutations…”

“Don’t you dare quote Deku in my face…” he interrupts Todoroki’s rambling. “Tsk… Why are you so calm about it anyway?” He asks because he must.

“Why are you so irritated?” The bastard turns the question around. And because he’s a blunt fucker with no tact, he adds, “Is this because you can’t continue avoiding me?”

Shouto just has to grit his teeth and hope he won't get too humiliated when the barbarian appears up the aisle with a white frilly dress.

“‘M fuckin’ sleepin’, stop,” he grumbled out, his words a jumbled mess that Shouto could barely understand through the grogginess.

“But I’m awake and you’re still here in bed,” Shouto argued with a pout that Katsuki couldn’t see. “It’s required by law for me to kiss you.”

“And it’s required by law for me to punch you when you say stupid shit like that,” Katsuki groused, but instead of punching Shouto, he pulled the covers up and over his head almost like a shield against Shouto’s kisses.

Shouto wakes up before Katsuki, for once, and can’t help but be affectionate.
